A clean apartment, good communication and sufficient facilities as described. It is about 1.5 km to the subway on foot, but there are different bus options.

The view is very cool and very close to Emaar Mall and Optimum Mall and there is a washing machine, a large fridge, a cookie, a quick wifi, the place is very safe, the entry procedures are very fast, and my brother Ali responds to all our inquiries quickly

Had a very nice stay, felt at home. The place is the same as in the pictures and the house has all the amenities. The location of the place was very central and I was able to easily get around. Mr. Hakan was extremely friendly and constantly tried to help with my needs. One of the places I would consider staying again.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

It's a uniquely perfect apartment in terms of the house's decoration, location, price and amenities. In addition, our host, Mr. Erdem, is a polite and helpful host with whom you can communicate at any time. It's a location we'd like to stay in on our next trips. I recommend it to everyone.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

nice place. we really love terrase. pleasant stay. easy to communicate with Besher. square taksim is not always friendly place, especially if you travel with kids. but there is no problems with city transport at all. so you need to make a decision before travel. actually, there was only one small problem with boiler, but Besher solved it quick. thank you very much

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.

We were very comfortable in this house where we stayed as a family. The house was equipped to meet all kinds of needs. The location was very good, you can walk to many places. It was an advantage to have a paid parking lot right next to the house. There are many places to eat and have a good time around. The house was clean and comfortable. Ms. Suay gave us all the information we might need before arriving at the house. We easily reached the house. We recommend it for those who want to stay.
