Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ate

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elizabeth’s apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The space was thoughtfully decorated, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Elizabeth was an exceptional host—communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Mikel was a great host with prompt response to all of our inquiries, he was even able to procur a last minute parking spot for our group. The apartment has a great views of the coast, and the building has great amenities.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk personnel are very friendly and welcoming. Claudia and Alonso's place was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean, spacious and even more beautiful in-person. We could look out the large windows at the best views! The coast line is right outside the doors with lots of parks, cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. We will return to Peru and stay with Claudia and Alonso again!

We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Mi estancia fue excelente. El lugar es muy confortable, limpio, bonito y tranquilo, tal como se ve en las fotos o mejor . La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy cordial y clara, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y explicar todo lo necesario. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Excelente casa muy acogedora para grupos grandes, hermoso patio con hermosos árboles y Flores, y una tortuga que causó sensacion a mis niños. 100% recomendada. Todo inmaculado.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

I'm glad that this place is available for visitors to experience the area. Its great. You might not find as much cookware as other places but it has what you could use for a quick breakfast meal. It's is a good area to check out the restaurants which is what you have to try out mainly. Good stay and friendly people

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.

Nice apartment, great host, friendly building staff. It's a 15 minute walk from the popular parts of Barranco. Third floor, facing a busy street. City bus station very close and convenient. Grocery stores within easy walking distance.
