The first day we noticed that there was no hot water. But we noticed it late evening, but we did notify Chooza. Chooza came in the following day to see what the problem was, and it wasn’t fixable that day, but did allow us to go to a different apartment that was available. Chooza did accommodate us and we’re responsive to our needs. Overall it was excellent! The place was near downtown town and near the local important stores. Thank you.
