Lots of great walks, and close to bike trail..12km from the beach If you like animals and a bit of outdoor space you will like it here. (there can be insects and spiders)

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.

Modern Stylish Guest Suite With Great Water Views

This place is lovely. It is attached to the main house, but the set up made it very private and it has its own access. The soundproofing was adequate as we didn't hear anything from the hosts. Kitchenette (no cooker) is enough for a three night stay. Hosts were lovely and available if needed and the place had great decor making it feel nice and homey. Thanks for a great stay.

We've spend 4 nights at the apartment, its a great place for a quick, relaxing getaway. The apartment was easy to find, very clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable. The place has everything you'll need for a holiday. The beach is just down the road, a couple of nice playgrounds are only a few minutes walk away too. Great place for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend!

Wonderful guesthouse for our family. Everything was clean and ready for us with extra touches to make us feel really welcome. Occasionally heard owner upstairs but barely noticeable. Lovely to have their pets for my kids to play with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at ‘The Orchard’ modern amenities and the house was the perfect size- it was wonderful to be able to take our little dog away with us - We were able to walk amongst the Avocado trees just a pity we don’t eat them 😂 Would highly recommend Anna’s property - it’s close proximity to Waihi beach and other beaches was great - only downside was the outdoor noise, being close to SH2, the double glazing more than made up for it though when indoors - Loved our stay , would definitely book again Thanks Anna😊

The bach was great. Small and compact but had everything you need, and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Had a great deck, though the weather wasn't the best so we didn't get to use it as much as we could have. It was very handy to have access to the garage to be able to lock our bikes up securely. Would highly recommend to others.
