Holiday rentals with beach access in Atlantic Beach

Jason’s Airbnb in St. Augustine was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything and perfect for exploring the historic charm of the city. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Jason was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire visit, making sure we felt welcome and had all the information we needed. Highly recommend staying here — I’d definitely book again!

We loved all the charm and how handy it was to the beach and fun restaurants. It was close to downtown St. Augustine and all the fun things to do there. It was a perfect get away for us .

We absolutely loved staying at Edward's and Glenna's house. We can't wait to visit again. They are super friendly and very informative on things to do in St. Augustine.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Our stay was very relaxing. This place is two minutes away from the beach! The best part was the porch where you could sit for hours to enjoy the cool breeze, loved it. Unfortunately there was construction going on in the area most of the days so make sure to look at the host's description before you book it. I missed it. Despite the morning noise, the place was a gem.

Great home for family gathering and easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had all the amenities and place was spotless. Raniya was very responsive and welcoming

Kirsten’s place was perfect. The location is a huge plus, it is very walkable to all the restaurants and shops and local attractions. House was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Attila’s place. The apartment location is perfect, just a few blocks from the ocean and lots of great bars and restaurants. Attila was a fantastic host with great communication. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Jacksonville.

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, very fun and bright house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent location. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Backyard is a little paradise that my family loved. Roomy interior, comfy beds, nice sectional couch for lounging. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook, and a nice Weber grill out back. We hope to stay here again!

A gem. The place was as listed and more. So clean and had everything you would need. Great location and quiet. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were really responsive and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

Daniel’s place was amazing! Its proximity to the beach makes this place well worth it. Just a 5 minute drive to great restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved the fenced in backyard area for our dog and took many walks on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was our first Airbnb on our own and the house was exactly as expected. We were there for a wedding. There are a few other relatives in their B&Bs, but I actually thought ours was the cleanest and had all the amenities that we needed that other houses did not have. I would recommend this home on your next stay. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean.

Great hospitality let’s start there! The location was easy access to the beach and food locations! I will be back again!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo. Perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Loved the tall outside chairs for viewing the ocean and pool below. Great having beach chairs that seemed brand new. Wish we could have seen the sunrise from the deck but the sun moves throughout the year so it wasn't in our viewing area. However, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the early morning to catch it. Great beach for fast walking. Go horseback riding in the morning it was so peaceful, there is two companies and they're both great! If we come back to Amelia Island we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michelle!😊

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

We loved our stay! The view from the room was incredible and the beach area never seemed too crowded. The place had everything we needed and even additional things which was a plus. We only had a minor issue with the AC but Karen was quick to respond and we got it fixed quickly! Would stay again!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
