Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Bright and beachy. Quiet spot with lots of parking. Private entrance. Newly renovated. We're excited to offer this space to beachgoers from around the world. Beach, Dining and Relaxation in one spot!

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I could need, and if something was missing they would take care of it on the spot. It was a very comfortable space with plenty of windows, and lots of natural light which is something that I really love in a space. The location can not be beat, about a block from the beach and right on the main street, in walking distance to everything you could possibly need. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable cozy spot that lets you be in the middle of everything if you want, but also a very comfortable place to relax, you won't regret it!

I stayed at Jeff’s place for almost a week and I had a wonderful time. The place is conveniently located, close to the LIRR train, the beach, stores and restaurants. Jeff was friendly, kind and super responsive. I felt very welcome. I would recommend staying in Jeff’s place and I plan to visit again in the future.

Long Beach with Bay View and Salt Water Hot tub

Beautiful place! I spent a week at Robert's place with my wife, setting up my office and laptops there. I got to watch the bay and swans floating down it while working. I got DoorDash, Amazon, and Total Wine deliveries while I stayed there and all were seamless. The location is easily found. TV was great in the den area. We watched a couple of movies on Prime. Perfect location, outside the craziness of mainland Long Island. I loved it! Would love to stay again.

You can’t beat staying here. It’s only a couple of blocks from the boardwalk and is an easy walk. Parking was easy on the street and there was no need for me to get back in my car because everything you could possibly want is within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and the patio was definitely calming. The beds were quite comfortable and the living room was spacious. The host was very accommodating to checking in and also checking out. When I come back to Long Island, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The apartment was beautiful and the host thought of everything. The proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants was amazing. My only complaint was that parking on the street was challenging on the weekend. The host was proactive and always checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.
