Fantastic communication, Paul gives as much as useful and necessary information as he can. Cleanness could be better, killed about 20 flies in the room, the table spoon put in front of me for breakfast was used but because they are experiencing a severe staffing shortage, I believe they will definitely do a better job in the future.

Cabot Shores is a wonderful wilderness retreat with their own garden, chickens, and a wonderful beach to explore. It was quiet and peaceful during our stay in September, and a wonderful place to take in the atmosphere of Cape Breton. The food was fantastic, and while we stayed in the main lodge, I would definitely come back to stay in one of the geodesic domes. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous location! Paul had lots of great recommendations for what to do in the area. We stayed in the lodge but next time would stay in one of the domes or cabins. We loved the beach too!

Great to stay and relax, with easy access to trails. The property is huge with tons do.

I rented this place for my Husband, Son and Father to go scouting for their moose hunt! My son says, "the host was very kind and accommodating and made sure to make you feel right at home!" Everyone's kindness in the area made him want to move there! My Husband says, "It's a great place stay with a great atmosphere! everyone we ran into-wether it be on property or off- were super friendly! The hostess gave good recommendations for local places and the food at the diner was delicious!" My Dad also really enjoyed his stay, loved the food, admired all the old hunting memorabilia and was very greatful for the glasses that he was landed so he could read the gazetteer! Overall, they were very pleased with their stay, would highly recommend and would be happy to return! Thank you for providing them with a great place to stay this weekend!

Recommend staying here the night before canoeing the Allagash if you are starting at Churchill Dam. We took their transport to Churchill and left our vehicles at their private landing in Allagash Village. Very convenient.

Great place to stay pre and post while canoeing the Allegash. The extra coffee pods on return were appreciated. The transfer with Allegash services is well worth it.

Very good stay. Perfect to enjoy the national park located literally 2 minutes away.

We only stayed one night, on our way north to camp on Ile Grande Basque, but we could have been very happy staying several more nights at Danielle and Danny's. The accommodations were as comfortable as they were attractive and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious, generous breakfast that was provided. We especially appreciated the full-size fridge in the common area, where we were able to keep our camping provisions and freezer packs overnight. It's also worth noting we arrived around 7:00 p.m. and Danny was thoughtful enough to alert us to the fact that the one restaurant in town closed at 7:30, so we were able to hustle out and grab a bite before they closed. Very warm, friendly hosts and lovely space. Hope to return one day soon!

Absolutely beautiful spot! We had an amazing weekend with zero complaints. If anything, the photos and description don’t do it justice we were in awe when we walked in.

The place was really beautiful a bit congested but good for two people. They installed a new king size bed for us which was very comfortable. They prepared breakfast for us based on our preferences. the checkout process was also easy and seamless. Overall I had great stay.

Totally exceeded our expectations! The host was kind enough to do a late check in and was so friendly and explained everything that we needed to know before leaving. The place was spotless, and big enough for 2 people. The place overall had lots of facilities such as free parking, barbecue, campfire, a playground for kids! Definitely worth it! Perfect weekend/holiday getaway spot!
