New (2020) large house centrally located in Langevåg. The house is located on the pier right at the edge of the lake. You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg city center where you will find Devoldfabrikken with outlet stores, café, and artisans. There is electric car charging. Proximity to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

Here you can enjoy the sunrise that reflects in the lake in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Fantastic view from sitting area outside apartment! Patly also with roofing and heating - heat lamp for colder or rainy days. Perfect for breakfast and relax in the evening with a view even with not the best weather. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one bathroom. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!
