Great place to stay. it's right in the middle of downtown, so very walkable. it does get loud with all the fireworks and bells, but I think you'd hear them anywhere in the city. The location itself is gated and private which was nice. The area felt very safe, we walked everywhere during the day and evening. Elda was very responsive when we needed her. Overall great stay.

Everything is very good, excellent location, the only thing is that there is never a place to park on the street.

What an amazing place. It's a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 parking spots in a garage. It is large and very nice. There is a huge patio outside that belongs to this apartment only. It's just an amazing place.

The apartment is very nice, it is super spacious and has a spectacular view of the volcano from the balcony, it is also very comfortable and large, I would go back every time I return to Puebla

The apartment is very nice, super comfortable, the beds, pillows, everything is perfect, the area is surrounded by squares and shopping centers, I highly recommend it

Eliut is super friendly and although we never met physically, we always kept in touch. My niece forgot a bracelet in the bathroom and Eliut very kindly told me that he doesn't throw anything away, that he keeps everything for when we return for the objects. The apartment is impeccably clean and in a very quiet area to sleep, apart from the very comfortable beds and pillows as well. My mom was in a wheelchair and the elevator access helped us a lot with her mobility inside the building. Maybe the only thing I couldn't find was hand soap in the half bathroom. Outside, everything is excellent.

I went with a group of older people who were from my family, everything was fine, but since they were all over 70, we didn't fit well in the beds and I ended up sleeping on the sofa but I was very comfortable too hahaha

The place is very comfortable and clean, the views are incredible, although I struggled a little to find the parking space because the number is no longer visible. Everything else is very good, only a few rags are missing for cleaning the tables, however I recommend it 100% I would stay in this place again.

The apartment and the complex is excellent and Arlen's service is excellent too, only if you hear the noise of the peripheral cars a lot
