Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

we felt right at home, the place was so cozy and spacious. everything was clean and exactly as described. it’s a great location as it’s in walkable distance from city centre. lots of restaurants around for food and a big tigre supermarket close as well which came in handy. we absolutely loved this place and i can’t wait to be back.

A great deal in a very good location! Really clean, too. Not easy to park if you have a car, beware, but otherwise a super clean, centrally located, small but cozy accommodation. Grazie, Livia.

We had a wonderful time in the very nice apartment. Lucilla is a very courteous and friendly hostess. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. Close to the beach and a terrace with absolute privacy. Everything was very straightforward and we were able to experience a completely beautiful vacation from day 1. Thank you for everything. Apartment clean, tidy, and as described, highly recommended

The apartment was clean, with excellent location, on a wlking distance to restaurants, magazines. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paola's place in Teramo. Paola was a very attentive host and quick to respond.

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Exceptional place in every respect—spacious, stylish, comfortable, and surrounded by the most beautiful scenery imaginable. Highly recommend, including a lovely hike to nearby Eremo di Sant'Onofrio al Morrone.

Convenient location to walk to the beach, plenty of parking in front of the building, you may walk to the restaurants. The unit is spacious, and everything works fine. Antonio was responsive and helpful with the check in and out, and other questions during the stay.

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. It is very close to the sea. We missed few things, and Sandra organised all perfect. We are thankfull to Sandra for her helpfulness and intelegent. One thing I could mention is that the apartment is close to the main street, the morning silence was missing. But this place guaranteed that the sea is close, shops and restaurants are nearby. The impressions are good, especialy for Sandra. I recommend to stay there

Welcomed with a smile by Eugenio's mother, a really kind lady who made us feel welcome in their home. Very clean, tidy, well furnished, and above all functional apartment for the typical needs of a home. Strategic location to reach the beach, the promenade and the services on foot. We spent a perfect weekend. If we have the chance, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything was perfect!

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Amelia and her partner are excellent hosts, always available for every need and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!!
