A small town located between Sapporo and Otaru, enclosed by mountains and the sea HZ HOUSE is located 20 minutes on foot from JR Zenibako station, along the scenic coast. It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. About an hour from Sapporo and New Chitose Airport. This house is quietly nestled in the mountains of Iwamizawa City. It is a renovated private house with an open space and an atrium. The air is clear, the morning sun is comfortable, and the starry sky on a sunny day is very beautiful. I hope you can stay and breathe deeply while feeling the sounds of wildlife and the changing of the seasons. ◯workspace Feel free to use the entire two-story building. 2 stops by train from New Chitose Airport, the largest hub in Hokkaido.About 10 minutes by car.It is in a good location 4 minutes on foot from Chitose Station.Free parking is provided, so you can come with a rental car. There are about 30 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.It is about a 30-minute drive to Lake Shikotsu, a national park with a beautiful view of Mt. Eniwa and Mt. About 30 minutes by train to Sapporo, about 1 hour by train to Otaru. There are fresh vegetables and fruits from Hokkaido in the "Eniwa Farm and Livestock Direct Sales" next door. Fresh and inexpensive Hokkaido vegetables and fruits have a full kitchen, creating an elegant trip that is different from a hotel trip.

【夏のイベント】 ・採れたて野菜の収穫体験(7月頃〜) 【ご説明】 深い森の中にひっそりと佇むタイニーハウス。 今、周囲は青々とした草木に囲まれ、野鳥のさえずりと風の音だけが響いています。 夏の静けさの中、建物はまるで自然と一体になるように、穏やかにたたずんでいます。 ゲストをお迎えするその時、そっと目を覚まし、涼やかで心ほどける時間を紡ぎます。 【この場所の物語】 1886年、入植が始まり、泥炭地での稲作は幾度となく失敗。 苦悩の日々を乗り越え、1891年、ついに稲作の成功を迎えました。 以来、この地は農村としての発展を遂げてきました。 1999年、建築家の別荘としてこの建物が誕生。 その美しい設計は高く評価され、日本建築家協会の賞を受賞。 今では、新たに建物を建てることすら難しい、貴重な土地となりました。 かつては、囚人を収容するための小屋が点在していたという歴史も残るこの地。 雪に閉ざされた静寂の中で、過去と現在が交差する特別な空間をお楽しみください。
