Escape to the country! This property featured on the popular TV programme. This spacious one bedroom annex in the village of Ryton has bags of character. It is well-equipped with a quality kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with Wi-Fi and Sky TV. The bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of storage space. This studio accommodation is perfect for exploring Shrewsbury and the beautiful local area or simply sit on our banks for private fishing. Whatever your interests, we are a short walk from the gastro pub, Mytton & Mermaid; the National Trust property Attingham Park; It’s an 8 minute drive to the town centre or Meole Brace golf course.

Bramble Cottage is situated in the village of Atcham, adjacent to the Mytton & Mermaid pub along the banks of the River Severn. Just a 10-min drive from the historic market town of Shrewsbury, known for its medieval streets and charming timber-framed buildings, you'll find an array of independent boutiques, cozy cafes and lively bars. The cottage is directly across from Attingham Park, an 18th-century Regency mansion estate set within 200 acres of parkland managed by the National Trust.

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

Only a short distance to the magnificent Shropshire Hills which offer excellent hiking and cycling and also only a short drive to Shrewsbury Town Centre which is famous for its medieval buildings, Norman castle and Abbey. The town is great for shopping and socialising and hosts a large number of independent retailers, excellent restaurants, traditional pubs and cocktail bars. We have good internet access.
