Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

70 m2 house renovated with the help of an architect, composed of an exterior offering a magnificent view of the entire village. It includes on the ground floor a large living/dining room with equipped kitchen; a double bedroom with shower room and toilet (separate). Upstairs is a second very spacious bedroom with adjoining shower room and toilet as well. Great for spending good times with family or friends. Bakery, supermarket, restaurant, tobacco shop in the heart of the village.

Le Toit des Hospices: HyperCentre/View/Air-conditioning

This air-conditioned loft is unique, it is located in the heart of the historic center while being quiet at the bottom of a courtyard close to the Hospices. It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
