We had a great weekend! Very nice cottage, well arranged for 12 people with spa and pool. Outside with a nice dining area. Supermarket within 5 minutes. Departure for bike rides from Mesnil-Saint-Père.

We were a party of 4 and had a great vacation in the apartment. It is placed in the very center of Troyes with all attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Parking very easy (and cheap) close to the apartment. All is new and the beds very comfortable. A little noise from the street is to be expected due to the location. Host very responsive and instructions are easy to use. We will for sure use the apartment again when visiting Troyes.

Hypercentre accommodation with lots of charm, as shown in the pictures. Numerous sights and shops within walking distance. Special mention for the library, which is both eclectic and of high quality, the whole thing gave a peaceful atmosphere of curiosity to the stay ;)

everything was perfect, beautiful environment, an outdoor area with barbecue, a home large enough for 6 adults and 3 children, clean, well-equipped, a very good welcome from the owners, very good address, we did not visit the cellar (lack of time)

Great beautiful location, pool and jacuzzi came in very handy with this nice weather. pool table and football table we were also able to use well. The linens and areas were incredibly clean.

An exceptional place on every aspect. All the accommodation is carefully decorated and the garden is a real haven of peace. The area set up for the jaccuzi was perfect: atmosphere, setting, light, small room with robes and towels so you don't have to cross the whole house. The best! A perfect cottage for a weekend in the countryside with friends or family. The decoration is carefully thought out, everything is very clean and the setting is warm and bucolic. The composition of the two lodgings with a reception area is pleasant and flowing. It felt good there. I highly recommend. Thank you Fanny for your hospitality and flexibility.

Philippe was accommodating for an early and independent arrival, we thank him for his availability. Communication was fast and efficient with all the answers to our questions The house is faithful to the description and photos. We felt comfortable there (family of 4 children/2 adults) The rooms are spacious. The exterior is a real plus to enjoy the beautiful weather (terrace, garden, BBQ) The house is also quiet. There is room to park several cars in front of the house. The equipment of the house is nice, like the bed linen and towels. only small downside in our eyes, the wooden bed that squeaks a lot and the bathroom door upstairs that squeaks too (annoying for the children's sleep if you want to go there discreetly)
