Spacious, clean, and thoughtful amenities (basket of snacks and water bottles, toiletries). Large fenced yard. Very responsive host. I highly recommend. We stayed here for a 2 day volleyball tournament.

I was very well pleased with the stay. The pool was nice and warm. The surrounding was peaceful and quiet. I really would love to come back again. Also, the cleanness of the house was excellent.

TEN STARS!! 🌟 Beautiful place, and Sully was very accommodating & great with communication… my husband & I loved it so much, thank you!! Chic Villa indeed!! Nice fully fenced in yard, our little pups enjoyed it so much. Backyard is really cute with the chairs, very peaceful. Outside lights at front & back door help you to see where you're going. Inside is super cute!! Central air, fans & overhead light, also lamps in each room so if you want low light before bed it's available. Bathroom is set up really well, there's towel racks, plenty of extra towels, tub & shower work great, water pressure is awesome. Kitchen is well stocked, with pots & pans, plates & cups, dishes & mugs, Keurig machine and k-cups & creamers... There’s extra toilet paper & paper towels, extra garbage bags… also the broom & dustpan in the pantry is very thoughtful, because if you have pets they might get a little sand on their paws, so I was able to sweep every day and keep it nice & tidy. We'll book again!!

Brent worked with us to allow an earlier check in. He was very attentive and communicated very well. The house was clean and easy to access. The neighborhood was quiet which we appreciated.

need batteries for the TV remotes, floats that have holes should be throw out, your lock box is very hard to close with the key in it because it's to shallow and you need new pillows!

My girlfriend and I stayed with Martha and Joe and had an amazing time on the farm. We travel often for work and this is by far our favorite AirBnb we’ve stayed in for a while! The treehouse is very cozy and feels like a home. The pool and views from the back yard are stunning. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved staying the Cypress Gardens lake house. The location on lake Eloise was scenic and we loved looking out on the lake from the pool or patio. House was super clean and comfortable. Boat access was great with the multiple docking spots, and renting the pontoon was a great way to spend the day. Family all had fun and would like to come back someday. We also appreciated the history on Cypress Gardens and old florida before Disney changed things up.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ana’s property. The house was just what we needed for our family of four. The pool was a highlight! Ana was incredibly responsive and we felt right at home. The house is about 20 minutes to Disney and 35 minutes to Universal. My only tiny complaint was that the WiFi was very slow and spotty, but not a huge deal. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!

Great place. The only concern was the pool was a little ways from the home. But other than that it accommodated my family and I very well.

Stayed here for my nephews birthday trip for Legoland and it was so perfect! The house was beautiful and the kids loved the pool. They had a lot of accommodations for children such as plates/bowls/cups ect. They had plenty of toys for the kids. The location was literally 10 minutes from Legoland and close to stores. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something in the area! We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay. The neighborhood is quite and it's in a very good location. Stores aren't very far from the house.

I loved staying here with my toddler. We were safe, comfortable and loved the pool! There's great restaurants right across the street and a lot to shop. We can't wait to visit again! Laundry room is super clean, updated and affordable too! $2 a machine!

Raychelle was a very responsive host and was friendly which we appreciated. The home is beautiful and set up as described. We felt welcomed and at home. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores etc in the area so that was nice as well.

Can’t say enough about our experience staying at Sasha’s property. Incredible feeling of being welcomed . Upon arrival ment Dru and John who take care of property. Such a warm welcome. Home was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Fresh eggs, refrigerator staples were there for us just incase we needed them. Next morning Dru brought over cinnamon rolls still warm from oven . There’s pet friendly then there’s this property’s level of friendly! Completely fenced in with everything so well done you just didn’t have to worry. There are farm animals but safety of all four legged residents and guests completely thought out. Our Golden Retriever would have gladly left us for Dru I believe. Relaxed , enjoyed the secluded area. Always felt comfortable knowing Dru and John were close should we need assistance. Both were very considerate and kind. Managed our privacy with also being available. Will stay again when in area as we made new friends with the Dru & John .

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa's place in Lakeland! From booking to checkout, everything was seamless. Melissa provided clear check-in instructions and the door code system worked perfectly. The home was incredibly well-stocked - full kitchen with Keurig and French press, all toiletries provided, and thoughtful extras like a basket of "forgot items" (toothbrushes, etc.). As a family with kids, we loved finding child plates, utensils, pack n play, and high chair ready for us. Having laundry facilities with detergent was so convenient. Melissa's communication was excellent - she checked in at just the right times and her local guidebook recommendations were spot-on. The location was perfect for exploring Lakeland. This truly felt like a home away from home with every detail thoughtfully considered. Melissa goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend - we'll definitely be back!

This place is so nice! Very clean, and super close to Legoland! If you are looking at the listings with “The Block”….don’t go there. That place is very run down. Mara’s place was immaculate. The communication is very nice and quick. So glad we stayed here.

This place was AMAZING!!! Miguel and his wife were incredible communicators and so incredibly flexible! They gave us a little longer to checkout and answered all of our questions. The beds were incredible in all 3 rooms, the backyard was so perfect for our dogs, and all the smart tvs were awesome when we were ready to chill out after visiting the parks! It only took us maybe 20 minutes to get to all things Disney like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and more. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved it. We will DEFINITELY be staying with them again and will probably be the ONLY ones we stay with when coming to the Orlando area. I hope all the future guests enjoy this home as much as we did! This place was perfect for our two families (10 people in total) while we visited Legoland. Kitchen and hangout space was great.

Ron is a great host. He is very kind and I felt safe and welcomed, even bringing our 60# dog. You will feel at home while here. The bungalow and the deck is in it's own area, it gives privacy. The bed was purposely made comfortable (5/5) and the installed a/c unit made the area cool. He provides 2 induction cooktops that work great! We will check for availability when we come here again.
