Franchement, RAS ! Beaucoup de petites attentions en plus des services / prestations mentionnées dans l'annonce, Val et Phil sont hyper sympas, extrêmement serviables et réactifs, de très bon conseil pour les activités/ sorties disponibles à proximité... Et leurs chiens sont tout mignon. Bref, un WE trop court mais génial en ce qui nous concerne 👌 !

Es war wunderbar, so nah am Meer bei Francoise zu wohnen. Besonders klasse war, dass ein Fahrrad für den kleinen Einkauf bereit stand. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement meublé avec goût et très fonctionnel. Il est bien situé, dans une résidence calme et nous avons apprécié le parking 'sous les arbres', gratuit et toujours disponible. Le centre ville de Narbonne est proche. Il est très agréable de faire ses courses ou simplement se promener dans ces fameuses Halles ou de profiter des restaurants situés le long de la Robine (chez Bébelle ou encore Cadence) par exemple. Parfait séjour donc, à renouveler !!

Hôte très acceuillant. l'accent du midi nous change de la grisaille parisienne. j'ai beaucoup apprécié le Tiramisu maison en cadeaux de bienvenue. bonne continuation!

A fabulous base from which to explore the stunning Corbières. Very quiet, well equipped and spacious. The « P’tit Ardoise » just up the road was an added bonus. Padern itself was a lovely village. Very quiet with friendly locals. Eric was a great host. We had a problem on check in which was entirely of our own making. Despite this, Eric was extremely concerned and responsive, doing everything in his power to help us. Thank you Eric (and Sylvie and her partner who came to our rescue)!

We were absolutely delighted with the property - it really is much better than we anticipated and cannot recommend it highly enough. The communication from the start right through to the check-out was first class. Very helpful and accommodating hosts, so thank you Mimi et al. There was so much space for the 11 of our party and everywhere was clean and spotless and big mention to the quality bedding - that is always so important for a good nights sleep. There are a number of covered areas and terraces, the pool is a great size (with a proper deep end), plenty of sun loungers and places to eat outside on an evening. The village is very quiet, which suited us perfectly, but there is a very good pizza takeaway made with really good quality ingredients. There is also a really nice little Épicerie, which covers just about all bases for day-to-day requirements. All, all the meat and produce is of a very high quality and sourced from the nearby villages. All in all, absolutely perfect!

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très joliment décoré. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme. La piscine et les équipements en général (babyfoot, table de ping pong) ont contenté petits et grands. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et sont d'une grande gentillesse. Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Carcassonne! From the moment I arrived, the host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The communication was excellent — responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. The house was spotless, stylish, and incredibly well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. It felt like a true home away from home, with lovely touches that showed real care and attention to detail. The location was perfect — peaceful and just a short drive to the medieval cité, shops, and cafes. But what truly made this experience special was the host’s generosity and kindness. Myriam helped with logistics, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely warm and attentive. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re coming to Carcassonne, do yourself a favor and book this Airbnb. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful few days with Bart & Anjo. An excellent apartment with everything you need. Especially a very well equipped kitchen. There’s lots to do in this very lovely regions, well worth a visit. Some big tourist attractions but equally we spent a couple of days on a mystery tour, always good fun and great to sample local life. Thank you for your hospitality, perfect.

Logement est vraiment très joli, très bien equipé, très propre, avec une superbe vue et ce dans une résidence très calme avec un parking privatif securisé. Léone et Carole de la consciergerie sont très disponibles et réactives, séjour parfait !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Lucie. Bien placé avec une jolie vue sur la marina depuis le balcon et bien équipé. Le parking est également très appréciable.

Logement bien équipé et idéalement situé juste à proximité des pontons, du parking et du boulodrome. Le lieu est calme et appaisant. On reviendra!

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas des pistes. Appartement fonctionnel, nous avons passé un super week-end avec ma compagne et profiter des derniers jours de la saison de ski. Julien est très réactif et arrangeant, nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter et nous y reviendrons volontiers

super emplacement à deux pas de la mer, parking privé, appartement refait a neuf et très bien équipé, très calme a cette période de l'année, bref tout pour passer un super séjour. Conciergerie hyper réactive et très sympathique. Attention toutefois le linge de maison n'est pas fourni mais la conciergerie le propose.
