Holiday houses in Audrain County

Perfect location for a relaxing family/friends weekend. The home is well equipped and comfortable. Bedrooms all nicely appointed and bathrooms were spotless! The Bunkhouse is comfy and cooled nicely with an A/C unit. The kitchen was made for cooking and a gas grill too. We enjoyed our meals on the covered area attached to the home. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. We did some fishing and enjoyed catching some bass and sunfish. The grass was nicely mowed between the house and the lake. Nice big dining room table for dominoes and cards. We were in town for graduation at Mizzou and it was a nice easy drive back and forth. We even ventured to Booneville to the casino one evening. We will definitely be back when we need a weekend away! We liked the security of a locked gate too. Great hosts/fabulous home & property.

The apartment was nice and clean. It is within walking distance to local businesses. A lot of thought and effort was put into building her apartments. If the need arises, we will try to stay here again. A ten out of ten for sure!!!

Every stay at Darlene's enchanting cottage feels like a journey back in time to the cherished memories of my great grandmother's home. The quaint charm of this cottage never fails to captivate me, from the delightful decor to the luxurious bed linens that promise a restful night's sleep. The meticulously tended gardens that grace the property are a true testament to the love and care that Darlene pours into every corner of this tranquil oasis. It's a joy to wander through the blooming flowers and lush greenery, soaking in the serenity that surrounds this idyllic retreat. Having returned to Darlene's cottage for the fourth time, it's clear that her hospitality is unparalleled. She welcomes us with open arms, making us feel like cherished members of her own family. The comfort and coziness of this place are unmatched, creating a home away from home that beckons us back time and time again.

Beautiful older home. Love how Mindy has preserved the authenticity of this older home. It reminds me so much of my Grandmothers house when I was a kid. She has gone above and beyond with the decor and landscaping. Extremely clean as well.

House seems brand new, has everything you need for a good stay. Will definitely try to stay here again when we’re back in the area!

We loved staying at Kendra's place and we will be back. It was Clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to the house. Very informative host, and stayed in contact with me whenever I needed. Even while she wasn't home, and I didn't have my phone to look up the code to get in. I got ahold of her through the camera on the doorbell. We even had our 3 year old with us and he did great there. Absolutely Recomended ~Destiny Grindstaff and Family~

Kevin’s place was perfect for our visit. Close to our son’s school with a beautiful lake across the street. Highly recommend!
