Apartment holiday rentals in Augusta

This is the second time we have rented from Heather and we would definitely do so again. The view from the deck is stunning. The kitchen is well equipped should one want to prepare meals. The apartment is immaculate! The apartment is quiet and the information sheet provided by the host regarding house rules and information on how to work the coffee maker and tv was extremely thorough. Any questions were answered promptly and courteously. We look forward to renting from Heather again.

Great space to stay in! Clean and comfortable. Had a very nice tv/ sound system to enjoy when relaxing there. Would definitely stay there again!

This place was very clean and a great stay. I was under the impression in the photos that this is a lakefront property, which it is not.

We had a great stay at Patrick's. The location is perfect for exploring Gardiner. We caught a show at the Johnson Opera House which is across the street and had a couple of great meals which were both within walking distance. Parking out back was easy and free. The space was as described. A little quirky (the kitchen sink doubles as the bathroom sink, which was fine, but quirky). Very spacious and welcoming and nicely appointed with local crafts and art, which we appreciated. We didn't cook, but the kitchen would work well for a small meal. There's a counter top oven and an electric hot plate with two burners. Overall, it was a great spot. Perfect for catching a concert or other downtown Gardiner event. Look forward to coming back sometime.

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! The host was very friendly and responsive, we had everything we needed and more left in the house for us. We even got to enjoy some tea each night from the kitchen. Our host was very intentional in setting up the house, we truly couldn’t ask for a better stay. We would definitely return for another trip :)

I am not sure I've ever had a host who was more considerate than Ann. Her place feels like a real home, not a rental. The artwork is thoughtful and interesting. Not just artwork to fill the walls, but artwork that you actually enjoy looking at. I am not a big fan of typical Airbnb kitchens. They are usually stocked with the minimum. Cheap pans and cheap knive sets. Not this one. Everything was as you would have them in a real house. My two favorite shows of consideration were little mason jars of whole milk and half and half in the fridge. And a beautiful plant by the doorway as you walked in. I will definitely come back.

Booked last minute for a work trip, and admit I did not look very closely at pictures when doing so. When I arrived, I was surprised to see such an adorable and perfect place. The decor is amazing, and the place is perfect. The kitchen and the bathroom are dream rooms, the shower is amazing and the kitchen is perfect and out of a magazine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, will def book again when traveling in Maine.

Linda and Bruce were fabulous host. The walking path down to the trout pond was enjoyable. The views outside were spectacular and you also had a great view from inside. I would definitely stay there again and bring my husband the next time. Thank you Linda and Bruce

Krista’s place is adorable and cozy and in a great location! We had a wonderful time exploring local restaurants and trails during the day and then cozying up in the comfy bed at night. Check-in and out was super easy and Krista was lovely and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

This clean and quiet cabin was really well appreciated. The morning coffee was perfect with cold cream in the fridge. Soft sheets and perfect pillows made for comfortable beds Judy is so hospitable and welcoming too!

I couldn’t ask for another place to stay at for vacation, it was a nice neighborhood close to all the attractions nearby. Roger also gave us higher quality food and drink contents instead of the cheapest options. Welcoming us in full arms and asked if we ever needed anything. If I was to plan another trip to Maine I would wait and see if Roger’s AirBNB was available. Thank you Roger for the great stay!

We had a great time and we are very satisfied. This place was clean, well put together, convenient, and so comfy we felt at home. The TV even had Disney plus which the kids loved. The park is right around the corner. This Air BNB had everything we needed and then some. I personally like to clean and do laundry so the big washer/dryer was a plus. Had a Walmart order delivered and they found the place with no problem. Nice porch and yard. We felt very safe with our kids (even with autism) thanks to the surveillance system, the cleaning cabinet was locked up which needed a code to be unlocked, and the code that locks/unlocks the door. Ours host/s we’re very responsive even when I thought they wouldn’t be. I highly recommend this space wether you have kids or not if you need a three bedroom, this is it! Make sure to check out the shower head my kids were astonished! Thank you for providing a home away from home I hope this helps for future renters. We are 100% happy with our stay! :)

Comfortable accommodations in a heavenly setting. Spacious. Walkable neighborhood. We stayed in cooler weather and used the gas fireplace for heat. No temperature control on this unit but it can heat the whole guest house.

Jack's place was perfect for my stay visiting friends in the area. The apartment was super clean and had all the comforts of home. Loved the thoughtful touches of water and chocolates! Thanks for a great stay and l hope to visit again!

The interior space looked just as described. It was clean and it appears that Anima did some work to make it more updated. I slept comfortably and that was most important. The outside of the house could use a little TLC. This was my first time visiting Maine; I was not sure what to expect. Anima is kind and very responsive to messaging. I would definitely stay in any space that she offered in the future.

Marks place had everything needed for a long term stay. He and his dog Luna were friendly and didn’t mind the company of another dog. There was an unexpected amount of lady bugs in the home but Mark explained they are a constant battle in Maine and made suggestions on how to reduce/eliminate them as they got in. Highly suggest the meadery up the street. They use locally sourced ingredients and release their weekend menu each Thursday.

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

Fabulous space! Clean, great amenities and relaxing hot tub- def will stay again if I am in the area!

Susan’s place was the perfect spot for our getaway trip! The location and views were amazing and only a short trip to Portland. The space was spacious and exactly as pictured. We would stay here again.

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! Another great stay in downtown Brunswick. The studio space was perfect for a quiet stay in a great neighborhood. You are steps from everything. It was so convenient with our little pups to be able to walk them in the private yard and the neighborhood around us. Street was very quiet. Great parking and the hot tub such a plus when returning from family obligations and long travel days. Thank you for making our trip so easy!

We booked this place for my husband’s birthday and our family had a wonderful time during our stay! Is it well-suited for a relaxing getaway. ((coming from someone who lives in the city) There were minor hiccups, but Cody was very responsive and addressed them quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, the communication was great, and the experience turned out to be smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend!

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.

Robin was very communicative and thoughtful during our stay. The place was exactly as described in the listing and was immaculate upon our arrival. The space was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great location to be near the fair in the fall! Would recommend this location and host.
