Jean Yves and Sandrine were very responsive and welcomed us perfectly when we had a car breakdown on the way and therefore had to delay our arrival. The breakfast offered is hearty and we enjoyed the fresh bread in the morning. The spacious and well-equipped accommodation is a very good surprise. A little note for Lol, a very playful and friendly dog participates in the excellent quality of the welcome. We recommend it and will be happy to come back if we have a chance.

A great weekend for a successful bachelorette party! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, well-equipped, with a beautiful pool. The host was really welcoming and warm, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you for everything, we leave with wonderful memories. We recommend it without a second thought!

A beautiful property, rural French charm outside but modern and clean inside. The garden is gorgeous with a big pool, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The cycle routes in the local area are fantastic, plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. A short drive to Épernon and a 45 minute trip into Gare Montparnasse makes trips to Paris super easy. Very peaceful and quiet, a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

We had an amazing time with friends! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and activities offered! We were able to enjoy the May 29th long weekend in the best conditions! Thank you, we recommend!

3-night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well-equipped, modern, connected and very well-decorated. We loved the movie theater, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! When we arrived back at the Gîte de La Gervaise after our beautiful bike trip along the Loire, it was almost like arriving home. We enjoyed the two days there in the best weather in peace. Once again, thank you very much. Sylvia and Luc for the great hospitality and especially for the opportunity to safely park our car on the farm during our 10-day bike trip. If we go on holiday in the region again, Gîte de La Gervaise is the first place we'll go.

Small, well-decorated and quiet house for a summer stay. Well located, near Chartres and the beautiful Eure Valley. Very nice welcome and very available host.

The interior of the apartment is done well. Lovely fire which we made use of. The grounds are not so nice. Cheap garden furniture and the exterior needs a good jet washing. The neighbor has a camera on their wall which looks into the grounds of the property, this did not make it feel private. There is no access to the ground beyond the fence, which is shame as it looks like the main property backs on to a forest. We drone to a near by forest for a nice hike. There is a Lidil near by and many things in driving distance. It's a great place to stay and would suit a couple and a family. The exterior could be improved and a camera overlooking is not very welcoming.

Charming little accommodation close to Hauts de Pardaillan. Perfect for a wedding stay! Easy to check in and out. To be recommended without hesitation.
