Our House is located in the middle of a hill and surrounded by olive trees, on a plot of 1 hectare and enjoys a superb view of the Massif des Maures and the Bessillons. Triple exposure, including the main south-facing. Land planted with olive trees. Scents of Provence, thyme, rosemary, lavender… A large swimming pool (12 X 4 m) of traditional construction, with salt and a petanque court facilitate relaxation. 2 km from Aups, a Provençal village of character and 8 km from Tourtour, a village in the sky.

Seafront 4 minutes' walk from the villa. Our cul-de-sac leads to the Espanet crossing which leads to the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, including 1 master suite with beautiful sea views. The 2nd bedroom has a sea view and the 3rd has a garden view. On the ground floor: veranda, kitchen-dining room, music room, book... 2 bathrooms. Garden with sea view and summer kitchen. Our vacation home is in a green setting. I am not on site but I can always be reached, and I can come if needed.

Au cœur de la Provence, nous vous proposons de vous ressourcer en famille ou entre amis dans une authentique Bergerie du 19ème siècle avec tout le confort du 21ème. afin de prolonger les plaisirs, vous disposez d'une PISCINE CHAUFFÉE d'avril à mai et de septembre à octobre. Au calme absolu et sans voisins, à côté de champs de lavande, vous profitez de la vue sur le massif du Luberon, ainsi que d'un terrain de pétanque, à l'ombre de la pinède, accompagnés par le chant des cigales.

Villa Claudia (sleeps 6, 150 m2) is part of the Domaine des Palmiers which consists of three independent villas. The other two villas are not for rent. The house is surrounded by one hectare of pine forest and garden, with almond, fig and lemon trees. This house was the workshop of the painter Jean Miotte (1926-2016), it is a place bathed in light. In winter, the beautiful central fireplace allows you to enjoy evenings by the fire while enjoying Provence during the day.
