But a pleasant house anyway. 1st floor: Kitchen, living room and a bedroom for two, single beds. 2nd floor: Bathroom with toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen with all necessary cooking and dishwashing equipment, and a cozy bedroom with a bed, a private daybed, a coffee maker, and a TV with Chromecast. The location and the area around the cabin are truly unique. Surrounded by large green spaces, flowers, and berry and fruit trees. A sandy beach and a rocky shore are just a short walk away, and your closest and only neighbor is a cabin with a massage chair. Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (approx. 2 hours). Grocery store and small local shopping mall about 20 minutes drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Støttepunkt" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to a fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well suited for families with children, as there are terrain trails, zip-line, etc. Lots of possibilities!

Walking distance to zipline, playground, football pitch and frisbee golf.

From the house it is about 1 km down to the beach and fishing opportunities in the lake. The house has a large garden and plenty of space for outdoor activities for all ages. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and beds for 8 people. When you rent here you will have this whole big house all to yourself.
