Spacious holiday home at the seafront.

Kvammen, 30 min drive from Sandstad. 25 min to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that has been upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is 100 m from the sea, short distance to fishing waters and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wi-Fi.

We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and does not have passing traffic. Here you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the island life, whether you want to relax, fish, hike or enjoy yourself with friends. It is a short way down to the sea and good sun conditions. When the sun is out, it's warm on the covered porch. There is good bus space both on the property and in around. Supplement for normal cleaning 1400,-. Reduced cleaning fee for 2/few guests on weekend. Get in touch

Welcome to our great and well-equipped house on the coast of Central Norway This idyllic property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to relax in a quiet and rural setting. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails nearby is one coastal fort from World War II which has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas as well as a small zipline for children and youth. Lesund is located in the middle between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Panoramic view by the sea! This country house is unique, here you get a great value! You will have free access to your own dock and sea house. Boat can be rented reasonably for our guests. Perfect for fishing, relaxing and hiking. Pick up your own dinner on the sea or dock, enjoy this one with great views and fresh sea air. Peaceful and relaxing area with large garden. Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. The cabin was completed in 2024 with water-borne heating and fireplace. The cabin is located on a plot of 20 acres all for itself, just a stone's throw from the sea. Dock next door as well as own beach for swimming and fishing. Unique hiking opportunities nearby with Smøla and Tusna. An hour drive to Kristiansund, 20 min. drive to Aure city center, 2 minutes drive to the nearest Coop shop. Walking distance to zipline, playground, football field and frisbee golf.
