Villa of 120 m2 completely renovated, in the middle of a pine forest (8000 m2 unfenced), not overlooked, with a 12 x 5.5 pool open and heated from May to September; 20 minutes from Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, the beaches of La Ciotat/Cassis. Nestled in the middle of the pine forest with an olive grove at your feet, you will be lulled by the song of cicadas in summer. In absolute tranquility, you will have 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets, a large living room/kitchen/dining room bathed in light.

Seafront 4 minutes' walk from the villa. Our cul-de-sac leads to the Espanet crossing which leads to the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, including 1 master suite with beautiful sea views. The 2nd bedroom has a sea view and the 3rd has a garden view. On the ground floor: veranda, kitchen-dining room, music room, book... 2 bathrooms. Garden with sea view and summer kitchen. Our vacation home is in a green setting. I am not on site but I can always be reached, and I can come if needed.

We are at the foot of the Sainte Baume mountain range, 25 minutes from Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.

There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
