House in the vineyard, Cătunu' lui Victor

We created this house as a reinterpretation of an old wine cellar, keeping everything that attracts us to such places, simplicity, natural materials, adding extra comfort and light. The interior space is composed of a generous bedroom, connected with a kitchenette, and continues with the central element of the house, the bathroom, arranged in the form of a wine barrel. In the spacious courtyard you will find old objects, used in the preparation of wine, which remind us of the crafts of the past.

Blacksmith's House, Victor's Hamlet

This intriguing housing is nestled under the bedrock our hamlet is located on. It’s very well suited for a couple’s getaway or individual looking for some seclusion. The decor is accented with authentic blacksmith pieces transformed into functional elements of your environment. The rustic design has a modern twist including a glass window in the roof above the bedroom, a glass wall that places you in nature, a cozy fireplace and quaint outdoor kitchen featuring an old forge turned stove.

Tiny House, Cătunu' lui Victor

We’ve built the Tiny House with great passion. It’s an authentic Romanian hay house from the middle of 1900, brought it here and reassembled with great care by us. We intended to create the perfect uncluttered space to relax and rest. The home is traditionally decorated, but don't let it fool you — you will find all the amenities you might need. The house is situated right in the middle of a beautiful natural landscape, only two hours away from Cluj-Napoca. Oradea city is also close.

Kew’s Frame

Our location is ideal for those looking for a modern and comfortable mountain retreat. Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.

Rustic Cabin with Hot Tub!

The cottage is located on a generous plot of 1000 sqm, with many trees, large front and back garden. The wood-fired hot tub is included in the price. In the back we have the forest, in front the main road, so peace is guaranteed. Our policy: no parties or noise. The famous restaurant in Valea Gepișului is just 50 m away. Fresh air, total relaxation, privacy and nature!
