The apartment is located below the beautiful Aletsch Arena, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Great skiing and hiking paradise. On foot, you can reach Lax train station in about 12 minutes and then you are in 5 minutes at the Fisch - Fiescheralp/Eggishorn valley station, the viewpoint on the Aletsch Glacier (with the ski pass, this train route is included.) The train ride must be purchased via the SBB app - No vending machines available - CHF 10 fine for buses without a ticket. By car, you can reach the parking lot of the valley station in about 5 minutes.

The studio is located in the upper part of Biel VS, now the municipality of Goms. The Goms is known for cross-country skiing tourism in winter, and in summer for the Goms hiking paradise. The studio is within walking distance of approx. 15 minutes from the cross-country ski trail and the train station. If you would like to arrive by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up at the station. Of course, you can also arrive by car. Parking is right by the house. PS: Tourist taxes are included!

Thus, you can comfortably walk to the gondola lift with sneakers (approx. 10 minutes' walk) The newly renovated apartment is in a very quiet location close to the village center. The entire house has been lovingly and sustainably renovated in recent years. The location of the apartment is a hotspot for bikers! The most beautiful single trails end just above the property.

We recommend the apartment without hesitation everything was perfect, the apartment impeccable . Quiet residence, lots of nearby activities, restaurants, shops. Very nice area. Too bad we only did one night but we'll be back.

But ‌Lisi’s warm heart and her stunning wooden cabin completely warmed us up!‌ You can see how she ‌kept the cabin’s hundreds-year charm‌ while perfectly adding modern comforts. It’s The MOST well-equipped Airbnb ever:‌ Full kitchen gear + free cooking ingredients + Medical supplies ready. You can even get fresh veggies in the garden if it’s the right season. When I flipped through the photo album of the cabin’s renovation, ‌I was nearly moved to tears‌. ‌ If you want ‌to avoid Switzerland’s tourist towns‌ and find real peace, This quiet cabin is your answer.‌

Reto is super friendly and apparently speaks many languages perfectly! The kitchen is not only very pretty, combining antique and charming furniture with recent appliances of very good quality (induction stove, vacuum hood of the future, all the necessary utensils available, beautiful fridge... all impeccably clean). Difficult then to return to our modest urban apartment 😅 We didn't miss anything, it's also possible to eat outside. Garbage containers are very close, no problem without a car. Same for the bathroom, comfortable and generously provided with towels of different sizes and much appreciated basics. The whole place is extremely cozy and comfortable, very welcoming and warm. We hope to return soon! And the area is absolutely fantastic, we had the chance to do magical hikes and hopefully we can come back to Reto in the winter!

Ana is an incredibly hospitable and friendly hostess, who loves to make sure her guests have a good time. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, halfway through our stay she asked how the stay was and we had a nice chat. And we waved goodbye on our way to our next destination. As for the cottage: spacious, cozy, clean accommodation, everything available in the kitchen, beds slept well, quiet area and you could still sit outside in the sun. The apartment even has its own covered parking space! In short, we would love to come back!
