Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Austin

We decided on a last minute March break ski trip with our teen boys. Simon’s home was a good fit with its amenities and proximity to Mont Orford as well as to Magog (for a nice dinner out and a few groceries). The boys enjoyed playing ping pong, table soccer and music on the piano. We all loved soaking in the hot tub aprés ski. We read reviews before coming so brought extra towels shampoo/conditioner. Cooking in the kitchen worked well too as the kitchen is definitely well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and all tableware. We appreciated Simon being very responsive with messages. We we thrilled to have a little wiggle room on the check in time! We would return to Simon’s again.

C'est un en droit magnifique et calme. Nous n'avons pas profité du Pédalo, du BBQ et du feu extérieur même s'ils étaient très faciles d'accès. On a par contre bien profité de la vue imprenable sur le lac, du petit castor laborieux et du p'tit chevreuil qui est venu nous visité le premier matin...De toute beauté...😍

We had a lovely time at this quaint mountainous home. The neighbor nearby had some horses that grazed near the home every morning and the vistas in the distance were incredible to see. We would love to come back again next year, maybe during the more peak foliage season. Thank you all so much for your hospitality, especially for providing us an extra night!

Nuestra estancia en casa de Sara fue perfecta! Estuvimos mejor que en casa! Había todo lo que necesitábamos. La casa, cómoda y acogedora, llena de detalles preciosos. El porche, una maravilla. La cocina, estupenda para cocinar con todos los utensilios necesarios. El comedor, amplio y cómodo. Los padres y resto de familia de Sara al lado, pendientes de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Muy amables y generosos. La gente en el pueblo, muy amables también. Encantados de estar allí y sin duda repetiría allí de nuevo si volvemos.

We had a great time staying here for a few days. The place was very clean and everything was well thought of. For a smaller space, it didn't feel like it with the way everything was set up. The bed was very comfortable and the outside area to sit in was nice. We also used the sauna every day which was a huge perk for us. Would stay again!

This is a classic home, and the inside ambiance takes you back to the history of the 1900s. It is clean, and all listed services were available. It is next to the main road and a walkable distance from a gas station, restaurants, and a supermarket.

Nicholas’s place was great, about 15 minutes from Jay. The house was very clean and everything was well explained. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Absolutely loved my stay here, it’s a beautiful little apartment and it was spotless and amazingly cleaned. I would recommend staying here and hope to come back soon! The lovely lady upstairs is so wonderful as well, thank you to both of you for a lovely stay

Stayed at Rick's overnight on a spontaneous getaway with my boyfriend. Great food, shops and cafes. Many places to choose for cafe and desserts. Easy to find parking areas in downtown area. Very clean. Hot tub was wonderful and clean. the Pool looked wonderful but we ran out of time to try to the pool. Rick was very responsive and proactive. He made check-in, our stay, and check-out very easy. Would and will be back!

Superbe Magnifique logement , belle terrasse et coin pour les feux de camp . Plus grand que sur les photos. Endroit tranquille , en nature et près des attraits de la région. Nous avons adoré notre court séjour Spa privé On recommande à 100%

the place was even nicer than expected. very spacious and clean. great little fenced in area for the dogs to run around. 15min drive to Jay, and less than 5 min from a good restaurant, gas, and a grocery store. really appreciated the kids toys for our little one too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, even though it was short and sweet. The extras (snacks, breakfast items, etc.) were unexpected, but very special. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and we will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Marie's flat was very clean, cute, and in a great location. Marie was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our short visit and loved the town of Sutton. We will definitely return!

I had a good time! Everything we wanted to do was only a few minutes away and the beach was a short walk away

Très beau séjour chez Vanessa . Tout était propre et fonctionnel. On a aimé prendre l’apéro sur la terrasse avec vue sur la marina et regarder le coucher de soleil dans les balançoires au bord du lac . Un séjour reposant dans un très bel environnement. Accès à la ville et à l’épicerie à pied . On reviendra .

Cela fait 3 ans que nous allons chez Jonathan et le logement est toujours propre et nous sommes toujours bien accueilli. L’hôte est attentionné et repond rapidement. Le logement est bien équipé et est bien localisé. On se sent comme chez soi! Nous continuons evidemment de le recommander fortement!

Le logement était impeccable, super propre, beaucoup de commodités, cuisine bien équipée. Stationnement près du logement. À environ 10 minutes à pied du majestueux lac Memphrémagog, accès à un parc et un sentier piétonnier qui longe le lac. Accessible au centre-ville. Petit problème à l’arrivée , résolu très rapidement. Excellent séjour dans un logement impeccable!

Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, et en plus, d’une propreté irréprochable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Je regrette de ne l’avoir loué que pour 2 nuits… mais j’ai au moins bien profité du spa ! Mélanie communique très bien et fait preuve d’une grande attention. Je recommande vivement +++
