Villa holiday rentals in Avalon

First time staying at an Airbnb Communication with Samuel was great. He always responded quickly. The house was very comfortable and cozy. No issues with the entry code. We live in the country and was a little concerned about "city noise" but the area is so very peaceful. We would highly recommend this Airbnb if you plan to visit Cape May and the surrounding area.

We loved our stay. We were in town for a long weekend girl’s trip. 6 of us fit comfortably in the apartment. We were there in the off season (mid/late Feb) so parking was super easy. Easy 10-12 min walk to Congress Hall and Washington Street Mall. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and you can’t beat the view.

For where it’s located the price is very fair. Easy access to the boardwalk would come back again. The only complaint I would have would be that the carpets are getting a little old thank you Heather for the quick response and it’s nice to go to the beach and only stay one night.

A lovely home! Perfect for my family and exactly what I wanted. Close to the beach but so calm and peaceful in the home. Lots of space inside and very relaxing. I would absolutely recommend.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Villa. Manish was very helpful and welcoming. Location is amazing - beautiful view and so peaceful. We appreciated the fire pit and being able to use the kayaks. Thanks so much!

Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.

Emilys place was the perfect stay for a girls weekend! She had everything needed for the beach and pool! Would highly recommend staying at Emily’s place for a quiet beach weekend

This house was extremely clean and the location was great. We were one block from the boardwalk. The overnight parking was convenient with three cars. I would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay! Sitting outside on the porch and watching the ocean waves was very relaxing. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and very clean.

Rebecca was very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The location was perfect for our first visit to Ocean City as it was central to the beach, food, bike rental, and things to do with the kids. We will definitely be looking to visit again!

Location is *phenomenal* but can be tricky to locate if you aren’t familiar with the block the property is on. Super clean and well maintained but lacks some of the full bells and whistles a luxury AirBnB usually provides (ie, full kitchen pots/pans and paper products) so that could be better outlined in the hosting instructions. So if you are planning to stay for an extended period be prepared to get some of that on your own, which again, is not a big deal considering the other amenities and the location. We actually had to reach out to the host regarding a clog in the sink and they were over first thing in the morning to repair. Host was very responsive and polite so we look forward to booking with them again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It is steps away from the boardwalk and beach which was perfect since we had kids with us. We felt very safe at our spot. Everything was clean and we had everything we expected and needed. I would recommend this place to anybody! Thank you for everything!

This place was perfect for my family and I for the weekend getaway we decided to take. The unit was very spacious as the photos show and plenty of beds. Having two private bedrooms is a plus and with the mini kitchen I was able to cook for us every day. It’s proximity to the boardwalk and location on the boardwalk is GREAT especially if you have kids (5 minute walk from castaway cove) and plenty of food nearby. We will definitely be back next time we come to OC!
