Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature within the forest and relax by listening to the river and the birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, campfire area, hot tub, barbecue area, outdoor dining room, TV room and internet. It is located just a 3 minute drive from Avandaro Main Street. You will need to go down several steps to get to the house. Not suitable for people with low mobility. There may be dirt or dust in the outdoor area.

The architecture is similar to that of an old hacienda but has been recently remodeled with all the amenities of today. It has an elegant terrace equipped with Green Egg and Weber grills, a Sonos sound system, table, bar, and a comfortable living room. The pool and jacuzzi are heated.
