Beachfront holiday rental in Aveiro District

A very well-equipped house in a lovely seaside village, larger than the photos make it seem. Antonio greeted us like we were old friends and was really helpful with a couple of logistical issues caused by our late arrival. Miramar is a smashing little spot with a couple of nice eateries. 20 minutes on the train from central Porto and half an hour walk down the beach to the more bustling village of Aguda.

We had an incredible stay at Rui’s apartment whilst on holiday for my 30th birthday. The town is lovely with great bars and restaurants and the beach is fabulous. Uber ride for 25 mins into Porto. Rui was fantastic and very responsive and helped with everything - he even checked in and wished me a happy birthday. Lovely house and lovely host couldn’t recommend more!

Raquel was a wonderful host! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She was really helpful and provided great local recommendations. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

I highly recommend this accommodation. It is well located: close to the sea and about 15 minutes' drive from the center of Porto. I chose this accommodation to celebrate my birthday with 12 friends: we were all under the spell of this house. Each with its own sleeping space. Rui, the host is lovely and caring.

Fantastic location and the house has everything you need. So many great touches I did not expect like bodyboard, toys, bbq etc Kitchen was stocked with coffee etc and had all the utensils for a great family feast.

Family of 9 we spent 3 days at the property. Paddleboard, Visited Barra, Costa Nova fish market, Aveiro and long beach walks. would recommend.

A magnificent apartment in the modern house, with super nice decor. Very stylishly decorated with Portuguese charm! Everything top and clean! Best location, 1 minute to beach, kiosk, bakery and several restaurants with cheap but great food, where even police officers go out for dinner during their break! To the train station 10 minutes, to Porto about 35 minutes. To Lidl also only about 10 minutes. "Quiet" location but in the middle of the locals, the fishermen provide the rest of the authentic flair! We will be back!

The apartment is spacious and located in a prime area, just across from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions. Only two sets of bath towels were provided for two guests staying eight nights. An additional set of towels would have been helpful.

truly fantastic experience staying in Manuel's studio. the studio has all it needs, amazing light, massive rooftop terrace with a sea view and some handy chairs and lounge chairs. location is great, with fun beach bars within walking distance, the lagune for bird watching , some handy shops and nice restaurants. Manuel was a great host, quick communication, very clear. thanks Manuel!

First of all, I would like to thank Marta and Leonel for their hospitality. They provide exceptional attention to the comfort of their guests and anticipate their needs. In addition, the nature around the apartments is unique - a magical forest starts right around the corner, huge empty sandy beaches are a 5-minute walk away. Cortegaça is a really small village, but it has the most necessary things by foot: nice beach with showers and drinkable water, a local supermarket with basics and a bakery with good bread. Some disappointing moments also took place. It was mentioned many times in reviews - plz finally renew this furniture on the terrace! A couple of chairs and a table are in terrible condition, and it's better to remove them completely. Also, not our hosts fault, but it was annoying: barking dogs during the night and crazy parking by the locals. Train station is a bit far. All in all, we spent 4 weeks at Marta's place and it was a memorable and pleasant experience. Thanks, guys!

We highly recommend it! Nelson is very responsive and friendly. Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach (sea view). The apartment is even bigger than the pictures! Very well equipped and clean. The pool is great too. Only downside: maybe the lack of deckchair near the pool for sunbathing :) Thank you for the quality of the accommodation!

apartment is clean. great bed, very comfy. we enjoyed the swimming pool that is included in the apartment rent. the apartment has too much furniture/decorations but that's our personal opinion so can't fault on that. Jose is great at responding to questions/ requests. great place, great location. The restaurant with the grills outside that you can see from the north balcony was our favorite! but all the others that Jose recommend are good as well.

A beautiful Airbnb experience! The stay was not only incredibly beautiful, but also sparkling clean and easy to find. The communication went smoothly, which made our trip extra enjoyable. A special mention for Florentina's mother, who received us with warmth and even brought fresh eggs from the chickens. What a thoughtful hostess! Thank you very much for the hospitality!

We stayed at this property for less than a week. The house is sparkling clean and super complete. We had gotten a contact through the host Zita, she helped us perfectly and even came up with a nice tip about a beach bar nearby. In the immediate vicinity is some high-rise so it is not very picturesque, but it is very close to the beach and Porto is easily accessible within driving distance. It is well worth the price so nothing to complain about. We enjoyed it!

Wonderful place in a very authentic part of Espinho. You can hear the waves and watch the ocean all day long.

We had an amazing stay. Beatriz met us at the apartment and was very helpful providing us with tips of restaurants and the local bakery (Barra 99 - delicious bread, coffee, desserts and really cheap). The beach is a 2-3 minute walk. I’d recommend taking a windbreak. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach and in town. Local supermarket had everything we needed. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend and may book again! Thank you 😀
