Had a great stay! Place is exactly like the photos, both spacious and airy and well setup as an Airbnb. We stayed for 2 weeks as I recovered from some surgery and I could not have asked for better. Everything was easy from nearby restaurants, a beautiful canal/waterway view, and a quiet, safe, convenient neighborhood with easy access to everything. Lars was incredibly responsive and fixed a small shade issue within 1/2 a day. Communication and recommendations were clear and helpful. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms, but worth noting the 3rd bedroom did have some noise from the pool filter due to proximity. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home the only thing that bothered us a little bit is just such a big house for only 4 parking spaces since its a neighborhood sidewalk parking shouldn’t be a problem. Everything else was perfect. We loved the house.

Saar was an incredibly pleasant host and always available; buying new wine glasses and kitchen towels was not too much to ask. When we lost electricity twice due to a local thunderstorm, he suggested we go to another accommodation, but we chose to stay in the house (cosy with the candles). When the air conditioning suddenly stopped working, he gave clear instructions to restart it. In short, you can ALWAYS count on Saar and this is very positive as a guest. This was a last minute booking after the hotel we picked picked out wasn’t going to work for us, and we are so happy we found this place, very relaxing backyard, beautiful design inside the house, the kitchen had everything you need to cook , would definitely recommend

We booked this stay last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The house was super cozy, and the pool was definitely a highlight—especially for the kids! The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One of our group accidentally left his glasses behind, and the hosts went above and beyond by mailing them back to us. Truly great hospitality. Highly recommend this place!

Great family home! Wish the weather was better to enjoy the pool amenity but that was the least of the welcoming feeling that we enjoyed at this home

We visited Miami for the Club World Cup and to celebrate my birthday. Pascal and Jacomina's place was perfect. Private and close to everything, the HRC Stadium, Design district, etc. The house had everything we needed during our 7 night stay. My kids loved the pool and the multiple games available. Pascal and Jacomina took it above and beyond by surprising me with a birthday cake. This place was amazing and I highly recommend it.

I would stay again. The only thing i didnt like is the refrigerator didnt keep the soda cold enough. Nice place and location was good i took my service dog and the park behind the house was a Awesome place to walk in the mornings

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

I had an absolutely impeccable stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location was ideal, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The backyard was breathtaking—spacious with plenty of seating, and the pool was absolutely amazing. The gardening was gorgeous, adding a beautiful touch to the entire space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

We love this house in the middle of the island, the lush green neighborhood makes it really relaxing, and the house itself is cozy and super functional. The fully equipped kitchen and heated and beautifully lighted pool is our favorite. Mid April in Miami is already very warm, but the heated pool makes it even more pleasant to jump in even during night time and windy days. We would definitely come back!

Dan was a great host. Usually responded in less than a minute. Place was spacious and beds comfy. Pool was nice and clean. Pool table a plus. Plenty of furniture by the pool in good shape. Tons of towels for everyone. Great place with a communicative, helpful, accommodating host. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was more than comfortable for our group of seven. The outdoor area was especially enjoyable—relaxing and perfect in the evenings under the tiki hut. The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We’d gladly return in the future!

Our stay here was nothing short of great 👍🏾. Our hosts responded so fast and kindly!! Loved the tiki area and the pool area. The kitchen had every appliance that was needed, so that was great. The surround sound in the living room was 10/10. Movie time was great. I truly loved how they had everything marked so there wasn’t any confusion on anything. The area is great; we didn’t rent a car, but everything we needed was close enough for Uber. Overall, the house is clean, the host was great/understanding, and our stay was amazing. I definitely will recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at Zoey’s beautifully decorated home! It was absolutely perfect for our family. The kids had a blast with the pool and arcade games, it kept them entertained for hours. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Zoey was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again!

Justin’s place was pretty spot on from what you got from the photos to the real thing. Great outdoor spaces, lots of sleeping space. Clean and functional bathroom layouts. The pool was great, outdoor table and grill. The neighborhood is a short walk from the beach and once you’re in the backyard you are in a tranquil getaway. It’s right off the main road to get to the beach, so it’s an easy pickup spot for uber and has ample parking if you are bringing a car. The house was a great base camp for a trip to South Florida. Everyone had a great time! The place was clean, instructions were on time and very easy to understand for check in. We all had a great experience, I would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing stay! The place was comfortable, and well-located. What really stood out was how responsive the host was. Vickie replied quickly to every message and handled a small request within minutes. Highly recommend!

Eduardo was super communicative the entire stay. He handled some minor hiccups upon check-in right away to make sure we felt special during our stay. The house was spacous and the backdoor area was lovely. The house was a short drive from everything we needed to get to (the beach, downtown, etc.). Wonderful space for a bachelorette party!

Felt right at home. The property has something for everyone! Private little guesthouse in back, fun walking around the lush backyard, and a nice pool and gazebo. Thankful I was able to book Brigada's accommodation while it was available.
