Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aventura

Pictures don’t do this place ANYYYY justice! Had the most amazing anniversary trip at this condo! Literally the only place to stay when in Miami! Complete luxury! Will definitely be the only place I stay any time I’m in the area! JC was very responsive and kind! Also Sunday brunch buffet at Terrazas on the 9th floor 10/10!!! Loved everything about our stay! ♥️♥️

Loved this apartment! Balcony had a view of the yacht club. Super clean and well stocked! Very comfortable for our family of five

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

I stayed two nights at this apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary details, so I didn’t encounter any issues. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Hello . Mathew was a Really Great Host !! The place is Better than the pictures !! I got the Rest I Needed and Mathew made Sure I had Everything . It was Very Nicely Decorated and Clean … Did Not see one bug the week I was there .. He Answered All questions Very Fast . I Will Definitely Be Staying here again .. I Live here in Lauderdale and use Airbnb a Lot for a Kinda Staycation to get AWAY from home :-)) !!!! This place was one of the Nicest places yet !! I really did not want to leave , I could Live there and be Very Happy . You won’t be sorry renting from Mathew .. Wish I could give him More than 5 Stars .. Beautiful space, especially the backyard with the hot tub and all the fresh fruit! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The beach chairs and towels were super convenient. Closest beach was about a 15-18 minute drive. Daniel and Orlando were wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

It's my first time in Miami, and this place made it so special and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations... We're very grateful to Lorena and the entire staff. I give them 10 stars.

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Hands down the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. Pictures don't do this home justice, everything was immaculate and beds were extremely comfortable. Very quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Kitchen had everything u needed, it was updated and essential seasonings and such were provided. Christina is the best host, so helpful and responded immediately with any questions. She provides the most informative guest book with details about the house, pool, and hot tub for instructions. Along with restaurants for different budgets and activites for your vacation. I look forward to coming back, and would stay at any of her homes listed on AirBnB. I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else, better than a five star hotel!

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. The only sad moment was leaving. Our family will never forget this home, and we WILL BE BACK! Thank you Luis and Leo for sharing your place with the world. 5 star! CHEFS KISS! Book IT!!!

We had such a great stay! Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout the trip. He was super chill and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. The property itself was awesome—clean, comfortable, and just as described. The backyard was especially beautiful and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Marlen's apartment is clean, and it was just as shown in her photos. Nice view of the pool and very complete with bed linen, towels and beach chairs! Communication was great I would choose it again

The apartment was lovely, exactly as described and as the photos show, well equipped and in a great location. Ideal location for beach access and exploring the wider area, being on the free bus route to the Aventura Mall was a bonus. Communication from both Ines and Irene was always helpful and friendly and we really appreciated the information provided for check in.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! A must-book. We truly enjoyed the stunning views. The unit was clean and well maintained. Great location. Highly recommend this property! The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will be back :)
