Everything is impeccable, the apartment, the building, everything. Tarcisio is always helpful and provides all possible information. The place is always clean, the balcony is a delight to stay on, the room is well ventilated and clean, and the kitchen is wonderful. It's not my first time and I'll always come back.

The Kitnet is very comfortable. i will definitely be back more often. Quiet location and easy to access. The kiosk in front is wonderful. Thalita was a very polite sweetheart from the beginning of the stay. I loved it .

Shelah is a lovely, friendly and very polite one. I loved the AP and I'm sure I will go again, recommend for anyone to go there, all very clean and smelling. a very quiet and well-positioned place and not very far from the bus station!

Andrea was an excellent host! With quick and flexible responses to schedules. The penthouse is amazing, very well located and structured. Living room, kitchen and very spacious rooms and the balconies are a very cozy space. Very nice gourmet place! Cleaning was great! We will definitely return more often!!

The apartment was a great find, starting with easy access to Rodrigo, where he quickly removed all my doubts, instructed me about the rental process, and to improve there is a contract, which brings us peace of mind when traveling and being sure of the location there is. Very clean apartment with a very special decoration, very cozy, super comfortable beds and large sofas. In addition to being very well equipped, all possible kitchen utensils, offer cooler to use on the beach, cabinets/ shelves in the rooms and a good TV. I would definitely rent again, very good experience!

We really liked the apartment, it was just like the photos. Very well located. The building is in front of the beach. Great garage. Very friendly and attentive building staff. Oriel always attended to us and guided us in what we needed. There was flexibility in the check-in if I needed it, but I didn't. Everything was very good. We'll be back more often.

We spent 9 wonderful days. Mr. Claudinei very kind, polite and ready to answer us. We gave us all the check-in and checkout information, condominium rules, restaurant suggestions, stalls, everything so that we had excellent lodging. We arrived a little before the time and we were well served. Apartment impeccable, sandy foot, clean, airy, safe, cozy, well-equipped kitchen, easy access, next to supermarkets, very close to the center, we did everything on foot. The spectacular leisure area, saunas, heated pool, cold infinity pool, game room, gym, all perfect and free for use in the condominium with a lot of kindness and cordiality . Good beach, well-structured beach stalls with chairs, umbrellas, good food. It was very worth it. We thank you for everything and will certainly be back at other times.

The host was helpful and kind from the start. Check-in at the reception was super smooth, polite staff who explained everything to us. Apartment even more beautiful than in the photos, very cozy, we felt at home, we didn't even want to leave. The hot water was a very positive differential, as the weather was rainy for the beach. We still received a very cute courtesy reception treat. We'll be back for sure!
