MonteZinho is located on one of the banks of the Maranhão Dam reservoir, with direct and private access to the waterfront. It is a rare and privileged place in its location, where the sounds and colors of the typical Alentejo landscape abruptly erupt through the water mirror of the reservoir. The 3 hectares of the property are filled with hundreds of olive trees and other fruit trees that will, for sure, give an even more special flavor to your stay.

São Martinho Estate

The Herdade de São Martinho is part of one of the oldest mountains in the region and is located in the municipality of Avis. The Monte belonged to the ancient Order of the Templars and later to the Religious Order of Avis. Having been in the same family for several generations, its small houses, previously inhabited by workers of the Herdade, have been remodeled for those who want to enjoy life in the countryside as if they were in their own home.

Charismatic house located in the historic center of Avis, next to the Pelourinho. The house was recently renovated, maintaining its old layout and Alentejo spirit. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds). It has a versatile social space, with a small patio ideal for summer breakfasts and a typical Alentejo fireplace for winter evenings.
