Holiday rentals with a patio in Avoca Beach

What an amazing place to stay with family, the apartment is so beautifully decorated with attention to detail and very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views is truly remarkable! A beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location, with the beach just steps away. Paul was excellent with communication—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a lovely living area and extremely comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. We initially expected a beach view from the balcony, which wasn’t the case, so just a heads-up for future guests. That said, the proximity to the beach more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'd happily return!"

Wonderful stay to relax & unwind after a long flight from the USA. High scale and quiet. Easy access to Terrigal (about a 3 min drive) & beaches.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Mona’s place is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and unwind. The Sauna and ice bath were a hit and we loved that we were so close to the beach. We didn’t need to go shopping for essentials as Mona provided much more than we expected. The place was also sparkling clean so I can highly recommend it.

Great place to stay for a long weekend!

If you're looking for a place to take a NDIS participant for respite whilst keeping their daily routine and building life skills this little flat is perfect. Would not reccomend for Participants with mobility issues. It melted my heart when my participant said "I can see myself living in a place like this". Linen was clean, towels were Sheridan and kitchen had all the appliances to make home cooked meals. the private patio was a bonus to watch the birds in the morning. Location near Erina fair or Bateau bay square. So easily could buy supplies. Definitely coming back again.

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! Thank you again George, Patrick and Dave for the perfect experience.

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Shirleys. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We made good use of the spa and enjoyed listening to the birds. The location was central for getting around to the local areas and restaurants. Shirley was an excellent host who recommended great things to do in the local area and was quick to respond to any question. Thank you Shirley :)

We loved staying at Lucy’s place it was super cozy and private. Lucy’s place had everything you needed. We arrived at the accomodation late and it was easy to find with festoon lighting. Lucy had turned the floor heating on which was so lovely coming from the cold outside and there was milk already in the fridge for a coffee or tea. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Plenty of room for adults and kids. Loved the hot tub.

I had a lovely stay at Tina and Chris’s place! Although I didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful through messages. Chris was so welcoming and friendly—it truly felt like a home. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and warm place to stay. Thank you both!

Xanthe's place has a lovely aspect, is very quite (there is a Police Station at the end of the road that might help;), has a lot of sun light and is very comfortable. The deck area is very large so great for our dog and all the amenities worked as described. The sofa, dinning table and decor were very nice and rustic and the kids loved the sunroom with a hammock chair. The street itself suited us perfectly. The area is within walking distance to Mona Vale and lots of shops and gyms etc, walk to the beach and dog park, close to the B1 bus to the city and also easy access to anywhere else on the Northern Beaches.

Wei’s place was comfortable and in an excellent location. He was very accomodating, even offering me a late check out. I was very grateful when his daughter Grace came to my rescue when I couldn’t navigate the lock! The little ground floor courtyard was awesome for my little dog to go outside. I would definitely recommend and stay with Wei again in the future.

Lucienne’s place was great! I really enjoyed staying there and Lucienne is a fabulous host! I will definitely stay again :) Cheers, Tim

Jamie was an excellent host. The communication was amazing. He gave a lot of clear instructions on everything in the accomodation and gave a lot of recommendations on the area. It was an excellent experience to have Jamie as a host. Truly wonderful.

We had an amazing holiday. Adam and Sarah's apartment was absolutely lovely - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. they had left clear instructions. The apartment was located within easy walking distance of shops and the gorgeous Dee Why beach and restaurants and on the main bus route to other places. Would highly recommend.

Best location!!It is very easy to walk to the restaurant shop station.The house is very new, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bed and pillows in the bedroom are very comfortable and very comfortable for us to rest very well on airbnb It is very difficult to find it very recommended on airbnb
