Holiday rentals with lake access in Avon Park

The entire house was incredible! The attention to detail was impeccable to the privacy fencing outside to the art on the walls. The more we explored the house the more we realized that the owners literally thought of everything when designing and furnishings the home. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Can't wait for my next visit

My guys used this place as a base camp for some work in the nearby state forest. They really enjoyed their stay and the quiet, laid back atmosphere. Alexeis was very responsive and easy to work with. We weren't sure on our final day of work and she was flexible in allowing us to stay longer if needed. Overall great experience.

The place is stunning, very well maintained, peaceful and yet fun. Love the view, overall loved it all. So much my husband and grandkids are already looking forward to a next trip. Wonderful hostess Andrew was very cordial and on top of anything we needed help with. Very welcoming , cozy and friendly experience. Hospitality beyond expectations. The location was perfect for our weekend plans. The rooms have plenty of space for clothes and other storage items. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and had accommodating items for our stay. Highly recommend this home

What a wonderful home! Had our large family here for a wedding at Bella Cosa. Enjoyed the pool and spacious home. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Kristy gave us recommendations for brunch and checked in with us regularly. Made lots of memories this trip and the house was icing on the cake. Would stay here again. Excellent location for the wedding night and beautiful views of Lake Wales. 10000/10 would recommend!!!!

Yiran was a great host, she was very responsive and quick to fulfill our requests!! Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. If you are planning on cooking any dishes though, just note that the kitchen is quite small and a bit limited. The kitchen has an electric stove, toaster and a microwave to cook and heat up food. There’s also a very small bit of counter space that makes it a bit more difficult to work in the kitchen. It’s not impossible just be prepared good the limited space. The rest of the apartment was very spacious and tidy. I would definitely recommend this spot!!

We have stayed here before. So everything was good just like the last time. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Will definitely stay there again when in the area

One of my favorite airbnbs I have found. Perfect for families, the complex amenities were so nice we literally swam for like 4 hours during dusk. All instructions were crystal clear and nothing was a surprise. Would 10/10 recommend and will for sure come here again when in the Orlando area again.

I have to say I am in love with Gary’s World and my kids had the best time there. This will not be our last stay. What a peaceful experience. Thanks again Gary.

It was a wonderful weekend getaway at the villa! Very much enjoyed the view and how close it was to all the necessary stores and Sebring International Raceway.

I’ve stayed at Jessica’s place twice. It’s convenient for me, the location is great, the place is clean. It’s perfect for solo travelers and/or couples.

Nice place, exactly what I wanted, a quiet place for work & downtime while I was in Sebring. No problems with check-in, even though my plane had been delayed. Place was spotless, even came with some amenities like bottled water & a fresh stock of coffee. I'd stay there again.

The location was great. It’s a quick drive to Peppa Pig Theme Park, Artcade and Whitehead Blueberry Farm. The walk to Grove Roots Brewery was less than 10mins. Bok Tower is a 30mins drive. The house was very kid friendly! We have a 4 month old and 2 year old. It worked out so well. The hosts were very nice! We would stay there again!

This is our 3rd stay in the past year. We LOVE this place. Kelly is an excellent host and we feel at home at her lake house.

Charlie was very accommodating to us. We are remodeling our house and of course construction always takes longer than expected. Most serine view and felt like vacation essentially with the construction stress..

They were pleasant, kind, and very helpful. Local recommendations were also great! The home is spotless and just a perfect peaceful place to enjoy some time away from your busy schedule. The host Tammy is absolutely the nicest person and so responsive! Adorable and quaint - perfect for relaxing, visiting and the pool is a great addition! House is comfy, including household items you may need. This is my go to place for vaca and quick getaway!

I could go on and on about how amazing this place was!! 10/10 absolutely would recommend. Beautiful home with any amenity you could think of. So many wonderful touches here, truly so much care and thought put into it, that’s easy to see! Location was perfect as well. Beautiful property. We are already looking to book again for next year. If this place is available - book it!!
