Our cottage is located in Yvoir, in the middle of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia (Crupet, Spontin, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (E411-N4), in the Meuse Valley, between Dinant and Namur, close to the Bocq Valley and the Molignée (Maredsous, etc.) and a stone's throw from the climbing area. Our cottage is quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the many country roads that cross fields and woods where you can walk or mountain bike.

It's worth it, the Mountain. The house is located on a flank of the Meuse Valley. When you take the centuries-old pilgrims' path, you are happy to arrive, breathing at the foot of the Dinant wall. Our family home is there, waiting for you. It was our grandfather who hung it on the rock "to prevent it from sliding down". My brothers and I decided to keep it and occasionally open it to other lovers of the region.

We spent 2 nights in the residential container and are very impressed with the wonderfully equipped accommodation. The reception was very nice and we felt right at home. The residential area is a little outside the city, but by car or bike you are quickly connected to bike paths or hiking trails. Yvoir is a very tranquil place with a few good options for eating. (Super bakery and an excellent restaurant with Gault Millaut 2025 recommendation. I can only recommend the place.

perfect location right by the water only 5/10 mins into the heart of Dinant. The place was so clean and really clear instructions sent how to access the property and garage made this such an easy and great experience. This was my first night in Europe after driving from the UK and couldn't have asked for a better night sleep and location! thanks Benoit!

A beautiful apartment in a very beautiful area. Segolene welcomed us hospitably and we found in the beautiful apartment very hospitable: fresh strawberries and homemade cookies! The apartment is on the first floor, was beautifully decorated. light, clean and even with a feather duvet (no synthetic one!). From the house, you can take various walks in the area, even without having to drive anywhere. We had a fantastic week in Bauche!
