This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. You can watch Amazon Prime movies on the large screen TV in the room. It is also probably the only room with an open-air bath in Osaka Namba. A villa on Awaji Island where people who liked art and playing in the sea, whom I met by chance, lived. The house was built on a hill overlooking the sea in a villa area called Richland. From there, you can see the Seto Inland Sea and, depending on the season, watch the sunset. The moment I entered the house, I liked it at first sight, as it conveyed the feeling that the former owner enjoyed using it. The owner was selling the house because they no longer used it, and I spent about two years carefully renovating it myself. While maintaining the original qualities of the building, it was carefully renovated to suit the modern travel style. We hope you enjoy your stay on Awaji Island while relaxing and looking out at the sea and sky.
