This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

We had the most amazing stay at Upton Borne Lodge for my best mates Hen. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and they came with so many recommendations of activities & food from the local area. The house was spotless and just as described with flexible options for sleeping arrangements. The hot tub, pools, sauna were perfect additions. We didn’t leave all weekend as we had everything we needed! Gill & George were so helpful with everything and it’s well worth the price!

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

I booked this wonderful property for my best friend's hen do. 10 of us stayed here and hired the property for the weekend. We paid for the garden games, escape room, wine tasting and bbq use for one day. We had the most amazing weekend, we had an entire packed itinerary for almost every hour of the whole weekend from everything available on site and had the best time, we almost didn't have enough time to enjoy every amenity. Not only was the property expansive and full of activities ,even if we didn't pay for extras, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming. From taking time out of their own weekends to check we had everything we needed to setting up games, awarding prizes and giving the bride keepsakes for her wedding they couldn't have made us felt more welcome. Waking up in the morning there were horses, sausage dogs and incredible views paired with a kareoke room and a swimming pool. A site that can accommodate a plethora of activities, we would definitely revisit.

Absolutely stunning place. Louise was the perfect host answering every question I asked. The pool was a great hit with us adults and of course the children. The farm tour was lovely and Louise was very understanding when my little boy had a nose bleed whilst feeding the calves. I would highly recommend a stay at The Grange!

This was the best air b and b stay I’ve had! It was so peaceful and quiet. I booked it for my mums birthday and she was blown away by the property. If you are looking to get away and relax this is the place! Everything was such high quality and felt very homely. Thank you ☺️

Amazing stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location and super easy check-in. The host was friendly and responsive—would definitely book again!

We went to the house for a low key hen party and honestly had the best time. The house was perfect for hosting, plenty of space for games, activities. Check in was easy, finding the keys etc went well and the host allowed us early access and a late check out which was perfect for us. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures! We were extremely happy and the outside space is perfect, pretty and gave us the privacy we wanted. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and the house has 2 fridge freezers so plenty of space to store food and drink. The Zbeds beds weren’t the most comfortable but for a short weekend away they were fine and fit for use. The beds however were heaven. All pubs and restaurants are a drive away from the house and taxis in the area aren’t easy to come by, something to bear in mind. Shops are only 10-15 mins away by car, which made things super easy. We would 100000% stay again

We booked a 3 night stay in the week. Harry’s place was fantastic. He supplied enough breakfast items to feed a few people, which was such a bonus . The house was lovely, really homely and comfortable. Our pooch was catered for too. Some really beautiful walks from the house into the woods, which we all enjoyed. The coast was about 30mins drive, which we did visit. One thing to note, some of the local restaurants/takeaways were not open until midweek which wasn’t a deal breaker but good to know. The Pig at Combe was a great place to visit and eat, dogs allowed in the Folly, highly recommend. Communication from Harry was great and we did get to meet him as they only live next door. We would definitely like to visit again.

The house is on a residential estate, about a 10 minute walk into Axminster and a 15 minute drive to the coast. There are 3 pubs which we found, plus a couple of social clubs, but one of the pubs wouldn't allow children after 7pm. There are plenty of restaurants and we had a good meal at the George Hotel. The house is well-stocked with everything you need - lots of games and the garden was full of toys for the children. We would definitely stay at this house again. Felicity was easy to contact and was prompt in providing the information we needed.

The property was very well appointed, clean, spacious and ideal for our needs. Located in beautiful Devon countryside, it was very peaceful and situated on a very quiet lane. Off-road parking was a plus. Also the secure boundary was great to contain our little dog. We would most certainly visit again.

The cottage was beautiful as were the gardens and the view. We loved walking the dog in the woodlands nearby and got to meet the alpacas too. Kate was so lovely and helpful and the welcome pack was full of delicious treats. The cottage had everything we could need and more. Anything we didn’t have (protection for the table for the kids to paint!) Kate brought round straight away.

We had a great stay at Jenny & Kenny’s place. Lovely shower and clean throughout. They’ve thought of everything and the small details like milk, bread, butter etc was really thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and visit again when next in the area. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Extremely comfortable and peaceful stay in Mary's lovely Little Barn. Very quiet surroundings, lovely private garden, tastefully furnished and very well equipped ... I would happily stay again. Mary was always helpful and responsive when contacted. Two off road parking spaces for cars was also very helpful.

We had a fantastic time at the hideaway. The accommodation is lovely and you feel right at home straight away. Beer is a lovely village with some really nice little pubs and restaurants. Lovely fish shop right on the beach which is a two minute walk. I would definitely recommend this property and we absolutely hope to return later in the summer!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was cosy, peaceful, and felt like a true home - exactly what we needed during a time of transition. The location is beautiful, with Branscombe Beach just a short drive away and Colyton village full of charm and kind people. we had the most wonderful stay at Jackie's and Michelle's. They were fantastic hosts and their local knowledge was brilliant and both very willing to share lots of local recommendations. The house was well equipped and cosy and comfortable with great views. I would highly, highly recommend the Toll house for a quiet restful holiday, or as a base to go out and about, lots of lovely walks with the dogs. All in All a great break and we will be back .

Great place with beautiful views. It has a peaceful, lovely feel to the house. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The cottage is in a little commune with some other cottages and there’s a great vibe to the whole place. Katie was super helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Perfect place for a rural Devon getaway.

We had a lovely few days away! Great hosts, very friendly and responsive and the welcome pack was a nice touch as it included lots of recommendations (which we tried lots of!) Great location as it’s close to the town, and there are some lovely walks down to the coast. Would recommend for a weekend away by the coast

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

The property is idyllic, felt completely seperated from real life. So calm and peaceful. Our children were thrilled with the garden, the wildlife, the trampoline the hide an seek!! Gutted we only had thee nights. Thank Laura.

Just AMAZING! The view = Amazing The accommodation = Amazing - they had thought of EVERYTHING and I mean everything! We always cook when away as our daughter is coeliac and the kitchen had everything to cook meals and even bake. The beds were so comfortable and place was super warm with the lovely wood burning stove. The hosts = Amazing - friendly and always available to help if you sought them out. Please if you are looking for a relaxing / peaceful place to stay and not too far from the coast and the hustle and bustle then this is the place. We went in winter but this would be so stunning in summer with the private garden and bbq facilities. Will definitely go again!!

The house was in the perfect location - you couldn’t ask for better! Loved the decor, the thoughtful extra touches, amazingly comfortable beds (and quality sheets!) and Jonelle was so helpful and quick to respond to our messages -thoroughly recommend!
