We loved our stay at Deborah’s cottage in Ay. Excellent location, very walkable to the town center, restaurants, and champagne tasting rooms. Deborah was an excellent communicator, provided excellent recommendations, and was a pleasure to deal with. Deborah’s cottage is perfect for multiple couples or families wanting to explore the Champagne Region. We would definitely stay here again.

Véronique and Séverino are very welcoming and adaptable, especially regarding arrival times, and offered us very nice activities Recommended!

Very spacious and charming house in a quiet area. Private garden at the back, right on the waterfront. Location is within walking distance (10 min.) of the center of Aÿ. The house is nicely decorated, but access to the upper bedroom is via a narrow spiral staircase, so requires some caution. Free water, coffee and tea were provided upon arrival. Everything was very neat and clean. Repeatable.

We had a great stay at Aurelie’s place! Ay is a great location for visiting champagne houses in the area and we enjoyed the more peaceful stay compared to a big city. There are nice, walkable restaurants in the area and a few champagne houses up the hill that you can also walk to. Aurelie was very responsive and made the stay really nice! We arrived late so it was great to have flexible check in. She also left some recommendations on where to go in the living space which was really helpful! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a nice getaway!

Charming, comfortable, clean apartment with a beautiful, peaceful garden to sit outside and eat/relax. Within a very short walk to bars and restaurants. The village itself was very pretty and a number of champagne houses were easy to walk to. A short cycle along the canal to eperney or other surrounding villages. Host was great at communicating and accommodating with arrival and check out time. Would highly recommend.

The host was very response and although there was a secure key box, met us for checkin to show us around. Nice clean apartment in the centre of town. Two decent sized bedrooms. All windows have electronic blackout blinds.
