The house is located in the Golf neighborhood in the city of Tandil. A place at the foot of the mountains, quiet, peaceful, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. It's an area of large houses with large gardens. The house is one block from the “Las Animas” trail for walking in the mountains. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown and just a 5-minute drive to two avenues (Av. Brasil and Av. Falucho) with butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.

Enjoy the charming natural surroundings of this accommodation, located in the mountains, in a forest of eucalyptus surrounded by native plants. The garden is shared with foxes, hares, cuises, variety of birds among others. Antares, a house located in the University Campus area, a few blocks from Unicen. Run by its owners, with space for 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with two sofa beds and air conditioning cold/heat. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and utensils. Surrounded by a large wooded park, it has a grill and a pool to share. An excellent place to rest and enjoy nature!!

We spent 4 nights at Martín's house and the truth is an excellent experience. The house is spacious and comfortable, we were able to enjoy the garden and the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need in the stay. The location is very good, you are 10min from any part of Tandil you want to visit. As a recommendation, if you like dogs, stay Froda during the stay, it is super friendly and affectionate!
