Beautiful newly renovated apartment, bright and very cozy, located on the beachfront. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped, a toilet, a large terrace with sea views, and a parking space. It’s an ideal place to relax or even work, as it includes two desks. The complex offers common areas, Swimming pool (June 15 - September 15), a playground, and padel courts. It is located right next to a sailing school and near the marina and golf course.

House , in the very center of Ayamonte, next to Plaza de la Laguna and just 3k from Isla Canela beach and 2k from the golf course and just a few steps from the ferry to Portugal. You will love staying in the house for the tranquility and peace it conveys, along with the comfort of having everything you need to spend unforgettable evenings both in the house and a few steps away walking through the wonderful center of Ayamonte, with its special light that floods with joy.

WHERE THE GUADIANA SLEEPS

Here you can enjoy some unique sunsets, since it is the last place in Spain where it sets. Preciosas puestas de sol. Es una primera planta. En la tercera planta, tenemos una gran terraza privada. La terraza tiene acceso independiente y es exclusiva de los huéspedes. Communication and interaction with Laura and Lidia (who was the person who welcomed us) was excellent. Quick and easy. She was immediately available if we had any problems (keys, etc...) The accommodation is just as shown in the photos, impeccable and seems almost brand new. We were very comfortable and, although the residential complex is away from Ayamonte, by car you are there in 10 minutes and also very close to the Portuguese border. One drawback is access to the building's elevator, in case people with limited mobility go, there are five steps to climb. The community should think about putting in a ramp. As for everything else, in the complex you have a large swimming pool, paddle tennis court and picnic area. Highly recommended!
