A nice tranquil spot! Carla and Justin were great hosts and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Ayampe is much calmer and peaceful than the surrounding towns and this was a great find!

Gabriel was very friendly. Always responded to my inquiries on time. The house guard Jonny was very helpful and his wife Zuley helped us with cooking. They both were amazing. The house is big and had everything as described. Me and my family had a great time in the pool especially.

LOVED my stay here. After a few weeks of travelling Ecuador this was the perfect place to stop and relax. It was such a cute place, great beach vibes and decor. Well equipped with everything I needed. Super close to the beach and a great beach restaurant. Gorgeous views from the bedroom, and the benefit of breezing days with windows open and then having aircon in the evening if it was too warm. Will absolutely stay again one day when I’m back in Ecuador

Wow! Nicest Airbnb we have stayed at. House was only a few months from completed construction. Beautiful! The pictures accurately represent the stay. The inside of the house is just as nice as outside. Grateful to John for letting us stay at such short notice. Any time we had trouble he personally came over. There is a family that manages the property too and they are really great and helpful. Joel even took our family pictures on the beach! THIS IS A MUST STAY and an even BETTER PRICE!

Luxury stay! Spacious, modern, elegant apartment with a privileged view of the beach.

1. Ademar and Ashley are excellent hosts: super friendly + responsive + attentive + helpful. 2. The photos of the apartment are accurate and it has everything needed for long-term stay + tasteful design + private balcony. 3. The apartment is well located (best area in Montañita in my opinion). Quieter area + restaurants, cafes, markets are within short walking distance + very close to main road through town for easy taxi/bus access. 4. Highlight for me was the ability to use the bikes - perfect town for getting around on a bike. This place is 5 star! I highly recommend and hope to have another extended stay in the near future.

View, location, and service excellent. Living and dining area can get warm. Didn't cook, but great washer and dryer. Enjoyed the stay very much!

We loved our apartment in Punta Centinela! Check-in and check-out were super flexible and hassle-free. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The apartment was very well located, in a beautiful and quiet area. The building staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In short, an excellent experience from start to finish. Totally recommended!

The location is secure and the apt. Is lovely

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

The place is very nice, you have access to the pool and close to a nice and quiet private beach; you can order delivery that if they arrive. The apartment has all the comforts, we really liked it very much and we would definitely recommend it and why not? Would we come back! Maiky excelente.
