We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

We all loved our stay here, beautiful memories made in a place that is the epitome of what you need for the most authentic British seaside holiday and experience. The space is spotless and in the best location on site. Everything you could possibly need is there and it just made it so easy to just get on and enjoy our precious family time!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Word cannot describe our stay at Lynnes cottages. My Mum, 3 year old Son and 5 month old Daughter stayed in Tern Cottage for 3 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer! Lynne had thought of everything for us as adults and the children had everything and more they could have dreamed of. The cottage itself was stunning and spacious for us all. The place was spotless and Jenn on reception was so accommodating. My boy loved the play room and the swimming pool was so lovely for us all, such a treat. Thank you again for such a memorable stay and very much look forward to booking with you again soon!

Debbie's caravan is quite possibly the best located caravan on the whole Haven site. It's peaceful and about a 2 min walk to the beach, which we loved, yet still close to the main amenities/restaurants etc. The caravan itself was clean, homely and completely useable. Besides towels (including tea-towels), which we were advised to bring ourselves, everything else was provided - linen, washing up liquid, pots/pans etc. I would advise taking a few extra jumpers, even in the British summer, as there's no central heating. The bathroom towel rail was a godsend for drying swim stuff and wet clothes, but unfortunately it rained a lot whilst we were there & we needed more clothes than expected. We bought the entertainment pass for swimming and evening entertainment but if you're not bothered by these, you could absolutely have an enjoyable time without purchasing. All other activities are PAYG. We would absolutely rebook Debbie's caravan for another staycation and highly recommend it.

Such a lovely location, the trip was totally relaxing and the outdoor socializing space was perfect and the hot tub was brilliant.

Woodcutters cottage was a wonderful place to stay . Great location for exploring Norfolks beaches , towns and Norwich city . The cottage was tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine, which was well equipped. It was a lovely place to relax after a day out and about with very comfortable beds for a restful sleep. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely be back . Thank you ☺️

Great house - clean, comfortable and very well equipped. (It’s very rare to find good knives AND a knife sharpener, not to mention beach towels.). The promised quiet and calm was delivered; we had fresh flowers in the house which was surrounded by lovely planting. The village is so tiny and verdant that we felt very isolated whereas in fact it was easy to find with a drive of a bare 10 minutes to Holt. Congratulations to Peta for such a thoughtful provision. Next time we stay we would like thank you personally.

Really comfortable stay, everything was very clean, comfortable beds and lovely to have your own en-suite each. We also enjoyed the Plough Inn and ate there both nights as the food was excellent. Thank you Best wishes Susan and Alison

Great place, easy to find and check in, walking distance to the town but quiet location at night and always a parking space available. Had everything we needed, would recommend!

The loveliest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Peaceful and beautiful with everything wonderfully thought out. We loved every moment in the Pump House and surrounding area. Kate was incredibly thoughtful, leaving us a delicious breakfast pack including homemade jam and the most delicious sourdough bread.

We stayed here for two nights as we were attending a wedding at a local venue. The house had everything we could have needed and had lots of historical character too. Clear communication, easy to access and very clean.

We had a lovely stay here for the weekend. The cottage is decorated beautifully throughout & we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts - thank you! the courtyard was also perfect for relaxing in the evening. Situated Close to many local amenities and a short walk into the local town. We had a very enjoyable stay and would love to return.

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Just returned from this break away, and i will definitely be returning! The place was spacious and clean. Bed and sofa was very comfortable. The facilities were good. Secure for the dog on the decking too. Beautiful area. Host was informative. Cannot fault anything.

Such a cute little cottage with everything you need to have a relaxing stay! Its warm and cosy and the welcome hamper was a delight! It feels like you're in a rural setting but the town of Aylsham is only a few minutes drive away and has everything you need, including some great pubs, groceries and a steam railway. The cottage is also perfectly located for exploring further afield too. I cant wait to come back!

Cannot praise Janet's beautiful home enough. It was absolutely wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is there. The house and courtyard/garden are immaculately kept, so peaceful and relaxing. The only downside...we didn't book long enough! It truely is a lovely place.

FABULOUS STAY!! ONE OF THE BEST ON AIR-BNB. Stunning location and the home was epic. Gorgeous old farmhouse with all the modern comets. Stayed with our entire family and the kids were so happy. Hot tub, walks and plenty of space to run around. Sarah always responded and was proactive to help us with anything. We even extended our stay we were having so much fun. We will be back.

Beautifully presented. Well equipped. Flexible for people with dogs, loads of space for them to move around. Yet it was very clean throughout and all bedrooms comfortable and cosy. Garden was perfect. Children’s area, hot tub, BBQ and importantly for us, peace and quiet. The views are outstanding and I would certainly recommend and come back. Thank you for having us

Louise's house was spotless on arrival and very homely. It had all the facilities we needed, and more! The beds were comfortable - a double in the front bedroom and a choice of 2 singles in the back bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, and Louise had left a welcome basket containing local produce, as well as milk and chilled water in the large fridge freezer. Coffee, tea and other items such as herbs, ketchup, oil etc were in the cupboards. Dining in the conservatory overlooking the garden was a pleasure, especially while listening to the birdsong. It provided a great base for me, my husband and mother to explore Norwich, the Broads and Norfolk coast. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay.
