Enjoy a comfortable stay with a private entrance, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and one driveway parking spot in this furnished lower-level unit. We're approximately 5 minutes to Hwy 401 for easy access to the Airport, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and GTA. Approx. 7 min to Conestoga College Doon Campus, Homer Watson Park, and 10 min to Fairway Plaza and CF Fairview Mall.

Propane fireplace is available for emergency heat only in winter. In the event of a power outage this would be the only heat available. We allow one pet.

The suite is attached to the front of our home, which is located in a residential neighborhood. We are a 20 minute walk from downtown Paris, six minutes from the 403, thirty minutes from Hamilton Airport and 1.5 hours from the GTA.

We live on the main level of the house. Access to the suite is through the shared entrance on the main level of our house. Our property is within walking distance to the "RARE" nature reserve and hiking trails overlooking the beautiful Grand River.
