The unit is very close to the busy street of 18th November (Close to the Chedi Hotel), You’ll love the place because of the neighborhood, comfy beds, location and convince. the place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. The unit is located less than a mile from Athaiba beach to the north, and Sultan Qaboos grand mosque to the South. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, café’s, 24 hours fuel stations around the area.

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

I recently stayed in a beautiful apartment located just 200 meters from the sea and I want to share my experience. First of all, the location is just great! Just a few minutes walk from the beach. What I especially remember is the kindness and responsiveness of the owner Hatem. He greeted us with a smile, showed us the apartment and gave recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Throughout our stay, we felt at home thanks to his care and attention to detail. The apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really liked the balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Overall, our holiday was wonderful and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable location and a caring host. Thank you, Hatem, for your warmth and hospitality! We will definitely come back again!
