The place was really great. It had everything that you might need for your stay. Vugar was very helpful. He even kept checking if ai needed anything and he went out of his way to print a document for me as well. I highly recommend the place and the host.

“Don’t judge a book by its cover” Is the exact words I would use to describe this place. Nestled about 15 min drive away from old Baku is this lovely apartment. The place was clean, tidy and cute. There are some lovely restaurants and shops just 5 min away and also the guy downstairs makes some amazing kebabs. Jamila was herself amazing. She is a very proactive and helpful host. She arranged us a taxi from the airport and also to Sheki where our next stay was. She made things so smooth for us. If you do come to Baku this place should definitely be in the list of recommendations to stay

Had a wonderful stay at this spacious, modern apartment in Baku. Just a short drive from Nizami Street, it offered the perfect mix of convenience and peace. The panoramic view from the 16th floor—overlooking the city and the Caspian Sea—was stunning! The apartment was clean, quiet, and fully equipped for cooking. With a supermarket downstairs and easy access to taxis , everything was super convenient. Aghayar, the host, was very responsive and helpful—he even accommodated a late checkout and shared great suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The house is clean and spacious. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Restaurants, shops and metro is in walking distance. Rauf also checked on us from time to time if we need anything. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Baku.

We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb! The place was actually much bigger than I expected, everything was functioning, very well equipped with linens, toiletries and cooking pots and pans. The location was actually great, so close to restaurants and shops, the boulevard and the old city, we could walk everywhere. However, at night, it was one of the loudest neighborhoods we’ve stayed in. We felt very comfortable there and felt like it was a private place even thought it’s in an apartment building. We liked it! And would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Baku and want to be able to do everything this awesome city has to offer. Also the host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a really great guest-host experience.

the apartment is on the 18th floor of a modern building in a residential neighborhood. there is a supermarket on the ground floor. it is a 30 minute walk to the old town and pedestrian street or you can take the 88 bus which stops near the building. Baku is a great place to visit with great restaurants. The host speaks English and made checking very easy. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place while visiting Baku

Natig’s apartment is beautiful and nicely located. It is just one street away from Nizami street and walkable to all major attractions such as carpet museum, old city, sea promenade, etc. Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything was in order. We had a small issue with hot water and internet but Natig was quick to resolve it by sending an engineer promptly. It would benefit from having a keyless entry option as currently we have to schedule a key collection for check in as well as check out. 4 Bedroom are in pair of two rooms interconnected and hence it is best suited for a large family and not so much for couples looking for privacy. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend for large family of 8-10 people. Thanks Natig for making our experience in Baku great !!!

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for two days — we were very happy! The apartment is beautiful: comfortable, cozy, with an aesthetic interior and stunning views. It is pleasant to be in, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I stayed in this apartment for 18 days. The apartment was clean and has everything for staying. Location is great, close to everything - old city, Fountain Square, museums, restaurants, etc. The host is a responsive young man, responded to any request quickly. I recommend this apartment for long or short stay.

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.

We stayed four nights at Mr. Aziz's apartment. It’s a huge apartment with 3 double beds and 2 single beds, including a sofa bed in the sitting lounge, which is a huge space. He was so responsive to any question on messages and felt at home. They have security guards outside who are very friendly. We enjoyed staying at this place and visited so many places around Baku. 100% recommended.
