Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment is clean, spacious and comfy perfect for both short and long stays, there are lots of Japanese restaurants around and a few nice cafes just a short walk away. It’s also close to the lake, which was perfect. There’s a shared laundry area which was really convenient. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but honestly, I didn’t mind at all. If you’re not necessarily looking to be right in the middle of the busiest part of town, this area is a great choice.

I stayed at this accommodation for about 17 days. The place was clean and the host was friendly. Access to the city center is also very good. I want to stay again.

Ngoc is a fantastic host, with very quick replies and her apartment is a great place to stay if you would like to be close to all that you need in the old quarter of Hanoi whilst also having a private, relaxing and quiet place to go back to. Overall a 5 star experience!

I recently had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Hanoi that exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, situated not too far from the touristy area but adjacent to all establishments I need, e.g. café, convenience stores, pharmacy. This area allowed me to easily explore local attractions, shops, and delightful street food stalls right outside my door. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The kitchen was a great feature, allowing me to enjoy coffee in the mornings and some of the Filipino snacks I brought with me. However, the best feature of this accommodation, I think, is the laundry facilities, there is detergent available (I brought some but ultimately used theirs too). The place is very affordable and the services is just perfect. Overall, my time in this Airbnb was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi for its comfort, hospitality, and prime location. I can’t wait to visit again.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. We had a wonderful stay at Winter House — a charming French-style home nestled right in the heart of Tong Duy Tan, the bustling 24/7 food street filled with amazing local eats. And the famous Train Street? Just a 2-minute walk away! Truly an amazing location. We’ll definitely be back next time. Huge thanks to May!

Beautiful place :) just make sure the taxi organized on the way back from the airport is actually the price communicated in the booking. Didn’t realize that everything in Vietnam was communicated without an addition “000.” For example, we thought our taxi from the airport was 135d each but it was actually 135.000 each. Other than that, great stay but definitely a culture shock to start our trip

We loved Trung's place so much that we decided to stay twice! We went on a cruise on Halong Bay and then came back to Trung's...it felt like coming home!!! Also note, there is a lovely little breakfast provided in the morning. I can't say enough nice things. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb...you will be happy you did!

Very cosy homestay in an excellent location. Had everything we needed and the laundry access was also a plus. There are some stairs but nothing too taxing for the average person. Highly recommend here if you’re looking for a spot to stay for a few nights in Hanoi.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!
