Private, cosy space with double bed, hotplate, kettle, heater, tea & coffee, lots of books & magazines, and covered area for morning tea with the birds. Glamping for a fraction of the cost with electricity, but no running water. Water's provided in a 10l container, chemical flushing toilet in the same room. 20 mins from Bath, 20 mins from Wells, 30 mins from Bristol. Free road parking. Own car ideal, but 522 Bristol/Bath bus runs hourly.

Cannot recommend this accommodation enough! A real hidden gem & close to the city of Bath. Being able to hear the stream was so peaceful and relaxing! Felt very private and safe at all times. An absolute steal at the price!! We will definitely be returning :)

We had a fantastic stay at this charming shepherd's hut. Such a beautiful setting: quiet, tranquil. The hut has everything you need and more! Firepit, sun loungers and other outdoor equipment were also provided. We felt so relaxed and close to the nature by the river. Little gem and a perfect get away from the busy everyday life. Cannot recommend the place enough! Dave and Jaks were perfect hosts, very helpful and made as feel right at home straight away. Thank You!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Simon's Airbnb! The scenery was breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and as an ambulatory wheelchair user, I really appreciated how accessible it was—all on one level! One of our highlights was definitely the log sauna; it was such a delightful experience. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and we can’t wait to come back!

Had an amazing weekend in the Somerset countryside owing primarily to the annexe. It’s a lovely space, with great facilities and incredibly well-kept. Claire was great and made sure we could locate the house and park easily. Would absolutely not hesitate to go back and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway

We had an amazing stay at Sophie’s super cosy, and stylish cottage. It’s your perfect countryside getaway, with all the elements you wish for. The dream kitchen, the cosy fireplace, the gorgeous sitting room, we loved every corner of the house. You can find art and stylish interior details everywhere around the house, lovely homey vibe. We enjoyed the area so much as well. The location is spot on. We made incredible walks and enjoyed a lovely dinner at the beautiful local pub with great restaurant. The village Frome is very close and amazing. Sophie has a career in interior, great style and an eye for detail, which made this stay so very special. We will be back soon!

I booked the cottage as a surprise for my partners birthday and for a trip to Longleat Safari park, which is 15 minutes drive away. The cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The little touches of milk, tea, coffee and chocolates was very much appreciated as well as the children’s games. The cottage is peaceful, cosy and private. The beds were comfortable and bathroom spotless. Our host Gemma was friendly, responsive and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Thank you for having us.
