It is one of three accommodations located on the property. The land is family-owned without any kind of boundary or division, in the style of an attached or guest house. But the entrance to the parking lot and the apartment are independent.

The apartment is completely remodeled and ready to be used, all the finishes were cared for and designed to create a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
