The place is very neat, cozy, and truly feels like home. Sir Teodorico is kind, accommodating, and very understanding. Highly recommended!

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

I loved my stay! The room looked exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The air conditioning was perfectly cold (a must after a long day out), and the location was great—really close to a lot of tourist spots. The host and staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Special shoutout to the Japanese toilet seat—it was such a nice touch! Also, Jek's recommendations for nearby spots were on point. We especially loved Peppercorn and Nanumo Poke Bowl! It was an amazing stay and I’d definitely come back again! 💯

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in your place ❤️ as soon as you get the drift of the other people staying at this place (which times there's less people using the bathrooms) then it's all smooth! ac worked pretty well and the kitchen was always clean! such a great deal for a small price! 💕

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place is beautiful and very close to the beach. Everything we needed was already provided. I loved how there were plenty of pillows and the beds were super comfortable. We also appreciated the sofa bed, and my parents especially loved the Nespresso machine. We honestly wish we booked more days just to relax in the room and watch Netflix. It was that cozy! The only minor issue we encountered was that there were a few big flies when we first arrived, but the staff responded right away and gave us Baygon, so it wasn’t an issue after that. Lastly, special shoutout to Ate Maricel and Kuya Guard. They were very kind, approachable, and attentive to our needs. This place is definitely worth the stay! 🥰

The place is accesible to all famous reataurant in Elyu. We don’t have any problems with commuting since the location is at main road. You have your choices if you want to ride a jeepney or tricycle. The room is very clean and nice. What you see on their page, it’s the same as actual. We enjoy our stay at Muni Nook. Their kitchen and Comfort Rooms are always clean. Kuddos to Ate caretaker. It feels like home and we super enjoy our stay. Definitely will go back here. Thank you so much Muni Nook for making our Trip memorable 😊🩷

Maganda at malinis. Good for 4-5pax para di gano masikip. Iba lang yung picture ng room 2 sa personal. Good for 2 pax then maiilit na room lang good for kids siguro. Beside that, malinis yung house then kumpleto kitchen wares kung gusto magluto meron din condiments. And it has refrigerator and water dispenser.

The place was clean. Finding the place is also easy as the place has this big signage. Check in was also smooth. Owner is also responsive and easy to talk to. Very recommendable.

Very friendly and attentive host. Ms. Jovy responds very fast and is very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place! They also allow us to check in early, super appreciate this. You will just have to take a few steps up the stairs to get to the room, but overall very accessible to popular places/restos.

We had a great time during our stay last weekend! We are trying to get at a house to stay yet we found a home. This 3-story house is clean from parking (1st floor), kitchen & living room (2nd floor) & bedrooms (3rd floor). I think the setup is excellent! Some of us had fun bonding in the living room without worrying about disturbing the ones who wanted to rest and get some sleep in the bedrooms which are on the 3rd floor. The hosts, Kez and Angelo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We try to make friends on every trip we go on, but this time we make a family. Thank you so much! We’ll come back for suuuuure!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location just near Urbiztondo and right beside the food park in Elyu. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great experience staying! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and a peaceful outdoor area and safe parking. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The location was also ideal — quiet, safe, and walking distance to kabsat, flotsam and jetsam, and all other bars and restaurants. The only minor issue we encountered was a brownout during our stay, which was out of the host’s control. Thankfully, it didn’t last long and didn’t affect our overall experience.

it was a good experience. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. The place is suited for big groups and has the basic amenities you needed. Good location, walking distance from the famous Kabsat Restaurant.

Our stay was great, it was super near the beach with few people around. The place was also near stores and places to eat so you won’t be having problems with food. Overall I highly recommend this place as you’ll pretty much enjoy it.

Oliver was very accomodating, explained well what do and don’ts, we enjoy the welcome refresher. Famous “ Ice Cream” the sorrounding very quiet and peaceful. All and all we enjoyed our family vacation.

It's our third time around here and it is once again a very delightful experience. You will never be disappointed with their unit as it remains spacious and clean that is provided with all the necessary things you need.
